This is a flat-out lie. Number one, my oil was checked on the level ground inside of my garage. Number two. It was overfilled by a half inch above the top dimple on the dipstick. I don't care what your guy's documented in the system, somebody lied. That is absolutely not acceptable! The fact you thought you had to educate me on what high mileage oil is for is insulting. I know what it's for, that's why I asked for it. Sadly, you just put yourself in the same category as all the other oil change places here in the area. I guess you don't care if you lose customers.
