USE HIS SERVICES!!!!…read more i went to derrick last minute because i had a radiator leak on my 2013 chevy malibu that was beyond bad & leaving puddles everywhere. i took it to a shop that was trying to charge me almost $700 & didn't have any availabilities until next week or whenever they could work on my car. I came across derricks yelp & immediately gave him a call & he assured me he could look at my car and help me figure out what was going on. i got to derricks shop where he works on cars and he greeted me & checked out my car. He showed me what was going on & explained to me that i needed to get a new radiator asap or i would over heat my engine & having an ecotec engine was going to cost me A LOT of money if i allowed to over heat. long story short... DERRICK IS BEYOND AWESOME. i got him my car & he promised to have my car done the next day by 2 or no later then 3pm & he did. HE STUCK BY HIS WORD TO HAVE MY CAR DONE BY WHEN I NEEDED IT! once i arrived he showed me my old alternator, where the leak was happening, what caused it, and how he fixed it. he also changed out my clamps because they were better then the ones i had. NO he didn't charge me an arm & leg like shops do especially when they know you're in the military. he charged me under $200 & i honestly felt like i ripped him off knowing how much he had to do to get to my radiator for my car model. needless to say i tipped him for all his hard work because LORD KNOWS HE DESERVED IT! I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I understand the competitiveness of these shops but truly this place is not trustworthy of anyones time or money. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best. Under new management doesn't mean necessarily best. Hard pass. You know it's bad when you take time out our day to write a review on such a place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I am glad I went to Christian Brothers instead, driving from Round Rock is worth it for a reputable company.
