This is my favorite place to mail any package from any carrier! The staff is more than friendly. They are basically like family or friends at this point lol! Parking is plenty full and free. The store has great hours and is always very organized and clean. They have many options and even have cute things to add to your packages like stuffed plushy's . I truly can't say enough about how amazing the staff is! The value is great. They have really amazing prices. I'm often able to mail things for way cheaper than I would at the normal post office. I know they offer many services but they definitely offer USPS and UPS. read more

yesterday was my first foray into this business. i was trying to ship a car key to arhentina. my online researched showed me that fedex had two options, $60 for a one day delivery, $30 for a second day delivery. opted for the $30 variant and went into fedex to find out that the minimum charge to get an 0.05 oz car ket to argentina was $190. that just blew me out of the water. to his credit, he did advise me that aero mail may have different options...it took me a while to figure out they were next to the restaurant at the entrance to montgomery field (the lady at the apartments told me) and Kat was absolutely fantastic. for starters their fedex rate was even lower than the efedx office but still through the roof...long story short i sent the key for $45 and today i got usps tracking data, which reminded me i had promised Kat a 5 star review. read more

Shout out to the friendly team at Aero Mail for offering a smooth, painless package drop off experience. In contrast to my nearly 1 hour jaunt waiting in line at the postoffice, my visit here passed by in the blink of an eye. The team member who helped me was warm and explained the options. They also offer postage supplies and can even help with full service for package drop offs (printing labels, taping the package, etc) for a small cost. Everyone wore masks and social distancing markers were clearly placed on the ground. The location near Montgomery airport is convenient. Plentiful parking. I am all about supporting neighborhood businesses. I used this business for many years for mailing packages and if I had to mail a letter with tracking or certified. Since the old owners sold the business it has not been the same. Recently I mailed papers to the IRS and wanted to make sure there was tracking. The assistant manager said this was the best way to send it. It was a envelope nothing special. It was $6.71 and $6.62 and it had tracking. I PAID cash. Not knowing she was sending it parcel not letter. I confirmed the address and made sure everything was correct since it's going to the IRS. I questioned her a few times to confirm everything. A few days later the envelopes came back to my address. Not happy at all!! My son who deals with mailing for his company said it's most likely because it says parcel. I go to the post office to confirm this and they said the same thing. They said it should be mailed priority and certified. I go back to Aero Mail. I am now dealing with a different person. I told her what the post office said and she said that's not true because they mail things that way all the time and it hasn't come back. Again I told her how it should have been mailed. She then changes it to priority and certified. I made sure the new label was exactly how IRS wanted it sent. A few numbers were off on the numbers after the zip code. I questioned her on this and she said it wouldn't matter. I told her I wanted the exact numbers. She said she would have to void it and do it again. Ok, I'm good with that. Certified cost less than the parcel with tracking. Each letter was now $5.61. I asked about the refund. She said she will just make it even. I said how is that? Again she said it will just be even. That was not right because it was less. She said unless I wanted to wait till the manager came in she couldn't give me the difference back. Ok, I will wait for her to call. This is the kicker!! The assistant manager calls me and said she can give me a credit only because it's only $2.11 difference. I told her, no I paid cash and I wanted the difference not credit. She said they couldn't give me the difference because it was only $2.11. I asked her what's the difference of refunding $10, $5 or $2. She still insisted she could give me a credit. I told her she can give me a credit but I am not agreeing with this and I wanted my $2.11. She finally said for me to come up and we'll take care of it. It's the point of it!! This is definitely poor business and customer service. The customer service was definitely not there when I went to get the refund. My son went to mail his tax forms there prior to all this happening with me and they wanted to charge him $47 in a larger envelope. Lucky for him he knew about mailing things he questioned them and made them change it. Sorry to say, I would not recommend this business to anyone. How many people either wouldn't catch this or not realizing, it is not being mailed the correct way and paying more for something that should be less. Not good business at all. They did send me a text later in the day offering a one time 15% off on my next service for the inconvenience they caused me. Unfortunately it should never have gotten this far. Hopefully they will read this review and realize what they did wrong. read more

I stopped by today to mail a little package, didn't have a label, packaging, anything ready -- but the girl at the front was so so so helpful! She was friendly and she walked me through the different pricing options (what my price options were and what the differences were in arrival date, insurance coverage, etc). I am beyond grateful they're in my neighborhood. They even have packaging tape available if you don't have any yourself, they set up and taped my box up for me and even printed my label! Ever since the new owners have taken over, this place is not the same! The prior owners were so nice, and the new people that work there have attitudes, especially Levi, who is apparently a manager. I was in there the other day to get something scanned. It was blurry, so I came back and asked her if she could copy it, then scan it. She gave me this look like I was an idiot. The copying worked. At the UPS store in Mission Valley, they always check to make sure it went through first and their customer service is like no other. I also had a 2-3 day priority that they did not send out until the next day. I came back, and she said si could not b refunded and it wasn't sent out until the next day. She said they always tell their customers, but I explained someone new was working and they didn't. She didn't care. Said "that's our policy." read more

I was not happy about having to go here...I needed to print a document, have it notarized, and FedEx Overnighted to Carvana (never buy a car from them - this is the 20th of December and my car is still not registered). I was strapped for time and needed a shipping box large enough to fit an led ring light and stand. While at work, Yelp assisted me in finding Aero Mail which wasn't too far away, so I made my way there while I was taking care of personal matters. Parking was not difficult to find as this place is located right across the Montgomery field. Upon entry, I saw numerous brown used shipping boxes that were sitting next to the priority mail boxes. They had all sizes which was perfect! I had asked the lady at the front counter if I could take one and she said I could take as many as I wanted, awesome! I'm so glad they had a variety of shipping boxes to take for free! Mission accomplished!
