I needed to get my car cleaned and noticed this business had a perfect 5/5 rating, so I reached out. Marcus responded quickly and was able to fit me in the same week. After inspecting my car, which was pretty dirty on the outside but still somewhat clean inside, with dirty mats and doors from a recent rainy camping trip, he recommended a deeper clean car wash instead of a full detail and adjusted the price accordingly. I slid my car into a mud pit in Buttonwillow Raceway, and the interior was horrific -- dried mud on seats, A/C vents, other upholsteries, and even window gaps and wood trims. However, Marcus did an amazing job cleaning it up, and the photos speak for themselves. He also shined the rims and tires factory-new. His pricing is transparent as he lists out what he'll charge for individual parts of the car. He even offered to drop me off at a Starbucks while I'm waiting for the car to be done, and gave me opportunities to ask for some additional cleaning. Needed Interior Detailing of Son's acquired Hyundai Elantra. Fabric dirt-magnet seats were stained w/ 12yrs of Sweat & Drink Spillage. The ODOR of this was nauseating for my too-sensitive nose; have, therefore, been dreading the 7-hour drive to Bay Area to deliver car. Got numerous unseen quotes from others, but I found it interesting Marcus' QNS (Quote+Service) take -- his insistence upon visually inspecting car's condition first, so that his honest assessment (as a 25yr experienced pro!) could be given. Due to delays in DMV's Ownership Transfer & Registration processing (so car not legal to be on the road), I was in constant text communication w/ Marcus, rescheduling & updating appt availability. (QNS @ his premises): Marcus took the time to ascertain what I really wanted, while explaining my options to get there. This without an ounce of upsell or condescension -- something I've rarely encountered in the world of automobiles. You must check out (in Yelp photos), too, Marcus' mobile van -- so artistic & unique w/ his friendly face perfectly captured. Once interior detailing was completed, Marcus arranged for my pick up @ home. During the ride back to his shoppe, I wondered why one chooses Exterior Detailing vs. a simple Wash+Wax. Learned from Marcus that Wash+WAX makes for a nice looking car, but Wash+WAX offers No Protection Whatsoever of the Clear Coat. Whoa, News to me!!! For my 3yo SUV (purchased brand new) Marcus recommended "Detailing + Clay + Clear Coat Protection Treatment. And, because my SUV is garaged, he stated the Protection will easily last 9+ months!" When one has invested $50K for a vehicle, periodically shelling out $300 to maintain the car's engineered Clear Coat finish sounds logically reasonable. (Son's sedan pick-up @ Marcus' shoppe): But, first, my eyes were immediately drawn to the unique+artistic design of Marcus' mobile van! Worth your checking it out in the Yelp photos... ... SO PLEASED w/ the Interior Detailing outcome of my son's car! Not only were the seats clean of stains, the horrendous ODOR was completely ABSENT! It was silly that they called me 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know that they were running 5 minutes late... and quite honestly, anyone who's going to complain about 5 minutes (which is what's prompting these guys to make such a call) late needs to chill. I was looking for someone who could detail my boyfriend's car because it was just nasty and stinky (prolly moldy too from spilled drinks). Marcus was very accommodating. He does, however, offer an approximate amount over the phone. He also provides rides home and back, which is very helpful. My car was long over due and in need of a wash interior and exterior. I reached out to Marcus and luckily he was able to take my car in within half hour! When I got there, he even helped me remove my kid's car seat from the back seat along with some stuff from the trunk to make sure that there's completely nothing in the way, so he could get into all the nooks and crannies and be really thorough with the cleaning. After removing the carseat, there were patches of gooey gunk stuck on the seat. Marcus was then able to give me a more accurate quote that was higher than what he gave me on the phone, but I was completely cool with that since my car was in worse condition that I thought. Marcus did an excellent job removing the cat urine smell from my car after I tried to save its life. I called him after 3 days after the cat expired in the back floor board of my car and subsequently released his bladder. I couldn't stand driving anywhere because the smell was horrible. Marcus has a machine that eliminates the smell only after a few hours. He was professional, explained the process and it was worth every penny.
