First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.

It has been over a decade since I've been coming to this place for my car washes and ceramic coating. They do a solid job and the prices are good for the quality you get. Everyone here is friendly and efficient. Steve, the owner, is great to work with and used to man the front of the house here. However, I've noticed that he's not always here and he has someone else taking care of the phone calls and checking in. All in all, great service from everyone. Prices are up-to-date on their website, which I appreciate. They have a really small area to park your car into their garage for the wash, so be mindful of the limited space when you come during busy times.

Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine!

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

Marcus did a great job with my Altima this week. The interior, exterior, and engine compartment needed to get cleaned badly in order for me to sell the car. Marcus answered my call right away. We met the next morning where he gave me a fair quote and a ride to work. Less than five hours later, he returned the car to my office in fantastic condition. I brought my car in to have the smell of cigarette smoke removed from the previous owner and Marcus went above and beyond with scrubbing and cleaning the rest of the interior of my car to make sure there would be no lingering smell after the ozone generator had done its job. Marcus did a fantastic job detailing our 15 year old pickup truck that had been worked hard and not shown much care. All traces of dirt and pet hair have been removed from the cab, and all surfaces have been cleaned and protected. A couple of pieces of advice. 1. Don't use the rough side of a kitchen sponge to clean bird sh*t off your car because it'll scratch your paint. 2. If you scratch your paint, take your car to Marcus and he'll buff the scratches out and leave it looking like new. Marcus takes pride in the quality of his work and does a great job. read more
