Great service!! Rafael aka Daddy was really helpful in my first experience. My car came out spotless although I did have to finish drying it up when I exited the car wash, but that's expected. The car wash was super cool, easy and fun really recommend. It works well with teslas. Just make sure you know how to activate Neutral.

If you're gonna go wash your car I would recommend to go in the AM during the week. The staff is so much better. If you go in the evening be prepared for them to ignore you and sometimes even spray you when your window is rolled down to get your wipes and air freshener. Lol. I have a membership with them so I just do the drive to Murrieta if I'm washing it in the afternoon. read more

Although this is a good value and the washer works good most of the time and the vacuums work good most of the time, there are multiple problems. They frequently get cars mixed up. Someone who paid for the best wash gets the cheapest wash and vice versa. They always pull the hoses on the vacuums an hour before they close even if there is a line around the corner waiting to get in. The vacuums shut off at closing time which is not a problem but by pulling the hoses off the machine, it prevents people from vacuuming the car before they close. They also pull the bags from the trash cans preventing people from emptying the trash from their car before they close. When I voice my concerns about any of this their only response is that they are busy and they can't do anything about it. This car wash is useless 1 to 2 hours before they close. I'm sure the employees are only doing their job which means management doesn't care about the customer. read more

I love this car wash because its fast and really easy to vacuum, but i went recently and I noticed that my car has blue like from the brushes stuck into it and the left side of the back bumper is pushed out. I know this happened at the car wash because I've had no accidents and it has BLUE on it stuck in between the beginning of the back bumper. Beware!!! If you have a nice car, be careful & check after!! I never thought it would happen to me but it did! & I cant take off the blue its soo stuck :( read more

Tonight I went to this car wash to wash my car. I have had a great experience up until tonight. It was 7:15 PM and they close at 8pm. My car wasn't that dirty but needed to be vacuumed. I pulled up to the vacuums. Started vacuuming my car. Throwing trash away. I was approached by a man with their logo shirt. He said "what kind of car wash will you be purchasing?" I told him the $14 dollar one.. his arms crossed says "I'll take your payment now!" I was a bit confused looked around and said, I'll be thru the car wash in a minute, I was not gonna give him my credit card.. he rolls his eyes and continues to stand there. I stop vacuuming, grab my mats, put them and my kids back in the car. Pull up to the car wash and there is nobody there... waiting... then a rude female finally comes to the window. (You think that if he was in such a rush for me to pay he wouldn't have customers waiting.)I pay for my platinum wash and ask her. What the problem was, she stated "you have to pay for your wash before vacuuming."... ok no big deal. I have always vacuumed before. I asked her if there is signs by the vacuum, she says "I don't know." I asked her who was the Male who approached me. She says"thats the manager" I asked her his name and her response was.."its not my job to tell you his name!" Wow!! I asked to speak to him and he comes around the corner with a sign that say you have to pay for the car wash before vacuuming.. ok cool but where are the signs... he rudely tells me his name which is davon.. he was extremely rude and I will not be going back to this location. I pulled to the start of the carwash. And yes there is a sign there. Only way you would see the sign is after you have already paid for the wash...bad placement of signs of rules!!! I vacuum my car and again look around.. there is no signs near or at the vacuums... I think if he would have approached me and explained to me instead of being rude and hateful.. there wouldn't have been an issue but because he was so rude I will not be returning and advise my friends do and family to do the same. read more

Complete waste of my time and money. Had my brand new black midsize suv washed so the dealership could add the protective sealant and they couldn't even do that because of the shotty job that was done. Water marks and soap scum...some I did see on the passenger door but a lot that I didn't see all over the car. Would have ruined my paint job if the sealants were added over it. I went for a wash for the first time ever, when I say first time, I meant first time ever using those car wash express but I usually hand wash my car. I wasn't really impressed at first. They left muddy streaks down the back window, but I asked the trash guy about it and he said to run it through again and ask the sprayer at the beginning to get back window a little better. They let me run through the 2nd time for free. So I left satisfied. read more

This is my second visit to the carwash, something bumped the back of my car while I was in the wash, Didn't think anything of it at the time. I drove home parked and within a few hours discovered a scrape on the rear passenger bumper. What ever shook my care while in the wash cycle scraped the paint. No damage to the body. The vehicle I new and I had no scrapes bumps or damage on my vehicle. read more

I love this place the vacuums are narrow so you can get in between the seats. Staff is nice. Weekends get crowded so go early or later.

I liked coming here for something fast and cheap plus use the vacuum. At first I loved it but today I came in and the the lady charging was rude. I had one dollar in quarters and the rest in dollars to pay a $9 car wash and she said she couldn't accept change so I can only get the $6 one! She said I could contact corporate for that. They should at least have a no change sign or something. Over all I didn't like the way she spoke to me with an attitude and very rude! I like these type of car washes but this one doesn't get the center front or back very well. Maybe an adjustment could take care of the problem but I won't go back if it wash these areas. I saw another post with a picture just like what happens to my car. read more
