Based on reviews, I decided to check out Breeze Granite, and I am so ecstatic that I did. I dropped by without an appointment, and met Jessica, who spent over an hour with me. She answered every question I had, made suggestions, and gave me a tour of their facility. She also provided me several brochures from places where I could go to look at the various stones I was considering. I took advantage of her suggestions and visited 2 stone yards. I met with her a little over a month later and again, she spent loads to time with me. Again, Jessica never made me feel rushed, answered questions and gave suggestions as to the stones that would be appropriate for my colors/uses. She gave me 2 samples to bring home to make sure my other half liked, along with a brochure with the Cambria stone we thought he would like (which he did). I haven't met Jonathan yet, but will on June 22nd, when he comes out to template my countertops. I'm sure he will be fantastic to deal with, as he was smart enough to hire Jessica. If you want excellent customer service, Breeze Granite is where you need to get your quartz and other stones!

I just found out that they charged us DOUBLE for a good deal of tile; because, after having moved on to Seller's Tile for more of the tile I needed, their price told on them. I just ordered more of the very same glass tile from Seller's Tile for HALF of what Tile Temptations charged us. I had moved on because I had the worst experience across the board on a multi-material/space reno order exceeding $20,000.00. They promised delivery dates which were not true. They measured and ordered less than we needed for four areas; resulting in costly and inconvenient delays. They charged us dearly for these fill in materials and delivery charges. They failed to accept responsibility or show the proper responsibility, by paying to rush under ordered fill in orders. They failed to find the marble of a shorted order, and strung us out for two weeks with false info; only to find out that the stuff we got was no longer available because we got a remnant of the wrong color marble, of which there was no more. They double-charged us for this wrong marble; and, after all this refused to refund the pre-charge for fill in un-matched boxes and for over charging for the remnant from the start. At the end of it, we were faced with the reality that we were the victims of what amounted to a litany of lies, manipulation, inconsideration, irresponsibility, and criminal gouging. Go anywhere else!

I had met with 4-5 different flooring companies that came recommended by Nextdoor neighbors, but after meeting with Jeff Roy, my mind was made up. As you can imagine, preparing a house for sale while still grieving a loss is not easy, especially when you don't live in the area. Sure, Jeff understands flooring, but he also has a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of real estate trends. He did not try to oversell, and in hindsight, all his advice proved to be sound. Jeff and his crew completed the work in less than two and a half days, working around the painters who had fallen way behind schedule. They removed the wall-to-wall carpeting on the upper level: one huge master bedroom, two smaller rooms, hallway, common area space, and stairs. The floors are gorgeous, giving the house a much needed facelift.
