No exchange with BB, no warranties, even though I spent $140 at check out for what I thought was exactly that. I had to wait 2 weeks for the BB rep to come (I live in the mountains). In the meanwhile, I searched high and low for an Epson phone number - most of them don't work - to ask how the warranty worked. I got so lucky when by chance, I called CTS Services!! The lady there told me I had an extended replacement warranty direct from Epson, and what number to call. I cancelled Geek Squad, and am now calling Epson. Shop Locally whenever possible, my friends. CTS seems like a straight-up business.
