I was warmly greeted by a middle aged man (unfortunately wasn't able to get his name), who directed me to the door and to speak to Bill. Again was warmly greeted and was very kind. Sadly they didn't have my tire in stock but that still didn't stop them from helping. I was then kindly shown where I could go to get a tire (right across the store). I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I had a screw in my tire and it was positioned in the center that I knew I could have the tire patched. Well I looked up tire places close to me and found on Yelp and awesome review about Faster Tire Center. I drove straight there and Jesus helped me right away. So here is the so what about this place...I pulled in and was in and out in about 15 minutes, including payment, it cost $15, I have an extremely busy life (mom of three) so time is the MOST precious thing I have. Jesus took care of us and with three kids we were in and out in 15 minutes. I have young kids too...all under 5. I would advertise for this place for free...as a matter of fact I have not stopped telling people how amazing of an experience I had and I have had my family PROMISE to go see them if they have any tire issues because of how wonderful my experience was. I know I already left a great review about this place but I wanted to update because I came here again for 4 more tires and not only did they have 4 used tires in stock for me but they were able to get me in same day and as I pulled my car up they ran out to service me instantly. They had jacks under my car before I had even gotten thru the door! "Faster Tire" is no joke, they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman told me that if I have any issues with the tires I have 30 days to return them with my receipt, which I feel no other tire place will do for you. I've come here several times now and have never once had a bad experience with them! I did notice a flaw in the sidewall of one of my tires once I got home, but I've had to work every day since then so I will be returning to them on Friday for them to look at it for me but I doubt I'll receive any trouble from this place! read more

Got two brand new tires for $95 each, I travel a lot so I needed new tires for the front axle. They replaced them then balanced and checked all tires without charging a cent more. This is less than what you'd pay for Walmart tire center or other auto service centers. I got Kumho tires (215-60-16), and they're nice and quiet on highways. They also have good deals for lesser known brands and used tires if you that's what you're looking for. read more

Wasn't real pleased to discover 12 psi in one of my tires on a 20 degree morning. Saw the positive reviews on Yelp and slid over when I had a free minute at work. 15 minutes later, my tire was fixed and I was on my way back to work. The place wasn't much to look at, but the staff were all friendly, super speedy, and their services reasonably priced. The tech that fixed my tire patched it from the inside, explaining that he chose that repair option because my tires are new and this way, it would last longer than just plugging it. All I know is that when he rolled my tire out, it was dripping in water and I felt bad for him because it was freezing out. From flat to on my way back to work in 15 minutes for $15? They were very quick with the service and I was pleased. The only issue I had was that I called them up before arriving and told them the specs for the tire that needed replacing and asked for how much it would cost. However, when I they finished changing the bad tire the bill they gave me was higher than what they told me on the phone only minutes before hand. I did not make an issue of it. I could be wrong but my best guess is that there was some customer profiling involved. read more

If you need a patch, this is the place to go(at least on weekdays around 10). I got there at 10 and was out by 1015, and only spent $15 for a patch on my one tire. You even can watch them so the work is done right. If I need another patch I'm coming here. read more

He said stop by, we have your size in stock and can get you taken care of quickly. My son and I went to Faster Tire Center, waited while the work was done, was out in less than an hour with 4 news tires that have a 50K+ warranty and spent less than 400 dollars! Nice people work here! I needed to replace a flat tire with a hole in the sidewall and my usual tire center was too busy to handle my job. I stopped in at Faster Tire Center due to the good reviews on Yelp. The staff there was so helpful and nice. They replaced my tire with one that had the same amount of wear, and was the same manufacturer and size of the one that had the hole. The job was done so quickly and done right for a good price. This is my 1st yelp review ever. The guys at Faster Tire were amazing. I called them late on Saturday because one of the tires on my dad's RV was losing air and we were heading out of town on a family trip. They said to come on over and we got there about 5:55 pm. They were closing at 6:00, but you would never know it by the service we received. They took their time inspecting the tires and found a valve needed to be replaced. The guys fixed it right away and the entire cost was only $20. I don't know what we would have done without the Faster Tire crew, but my family and I are thankful we didn't have to find out. read more

Not all tire centers measure the tread depth of the used tire to match the existing tires on the vehicle. This is VERY important for AWD vehicles because if only one tire is replaced and they are worn differently (ex. Left front is at 5/32" and right front is replaced and is 11/32" new) this will cause damage to the transaxle or the rear differential. The proper way is to always replace them as a pair if one tire fails because the new tire would cause a height differential between the two tires--OR buy a used tire that has no height differential. Faster Tire Center checked this without needing to be told. They found me two "matching" tires although not the same brand as my other tires and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They are open on Sunday so I could take care of it on my schedule. They don't do alignment, which is always necessary after replacing tires, but was able to get that done at my regular shop for $120. $45/tire plus alignment was a bargain. I waited two months to write this review just to make sure all was well. read more

I'll start with the good. My first experience here told me this might be the only tire shop i would use for the rest of my life. I called beforehand looking for a used tire for my 2000 volvo s40 and was in and out within minutes, paying $25 flat for a single used tire. They mounted and balanced the new tire for me and covered it with a 30 day warranty, i had nothing to worry about. The service was fast, friendly, and well-priced. Everything went smooth and i went on my way. My second experience was not so smooth. I had been running on nearly bare tread on my back two tires when I was on my way home in the rain and hit a small puddle and started hydroplaning. After i regained control of my vehicle i decided right then to replace my overdue tires, so i pulled a U-turn at the next light and made a bee line for Faster Tire Center. When i arrived i showed my tires to two of the employees sitting out and asked for 2 used tires to replace them. The tires they brought out honestly didn't look much better than mine as far as tread was concerned, so i told them this. I asked them about tread and how it affected traction performance in the rain and they couldn't tell me any information. Instead they told me they could put two new tires on instead for $200 so i agreed, figuring it would be practically a waste of money to buy their used tires. For some reason, the moment i considered new tires the employees attitudes went from friendly to that car-dealership type friendly, it suddenly felt like they were doing everything in their power to convince me on new tires. This didn't bother me so i sat down in the lobby as instructed and a few minutes later one employee came in with "bad news". Only one tire they had matched my vehicle so i couldn't get the new tires that day, but they offered to put the used ones on for the meantime and told me i could come back the next day to have the new ones put on. They asked me which tire i wanted twice so i stressed to them each time that i needed the cheapest ones possible (they ended up buying the one that matched what they already had in inventory anyway). The deal was i would pay $80 for the two used tires to drive home with and pay the remainder for the two new tires ($120) on the following day when i came back and returned the used tires. There was some confusion because of the language barrier, so i verified this deal with him 3 times over to be sure i was getting the service i was expecting, when i was expecting. With certainty, i would return the next day and get my new wheels put on. Nope. On the following day i arrived precisely at the aforementioned time after i got off work. "Bad news" again. The tire was not in. What happened??? I only bought your used tires because i was promised new tires the next day. Otherwise i would have ordered significantly cheaper tires online and just put them on myself. If there was a chance of the tires not being there at the time they told me they would be, they should have either called me or told me to call. I had driven well out of my way to get to this shop and was simply turned away with no answer as to why their end of the deal fell through. My 2-week old newborn daughter would have loved to spend the time with me that i had just wasted. I left feeling disappointed and lied to. The employee at the desk showed no concern for the matter. I called back the next day to speak with the manager who made the deal with me hoping for a slight compensation of my time and trust. After half an hour of pleading I was given nothing but an apology. The man couldn't even throw gas money my way. He told me he couldn't do anything and to speak to the "big boss" but there was no way to contact him. I asked him to speak to him for me and he refused. Although i had already spent $80 on their treadless used tires, I decided that since they couldn't uphold their end of the deal then neither would I, so i took my money elsewhere. If youre looking for a quick used tire of questionable quality, this is the place to go. Always call beforehand as they are not completely reliable. read more
