The tires are always affordable and the service is quick (20-30 min) -- depending on how many tires you need. Every relative or friend who I've referred here, had always something positive to say. I've gotten used tires and new tires. **keep in mind, some people who request NEW tires may need to be ordered in advanced by the company. In some cases, you may need to wait a day or two to allow time for the tires to come in. There used to be a 2nd location in Alexandria, VA but I recently found out that they closed up shop not too long ago. Aww I will continue to come back and recommend to anyone in need of tires. It's sometimes difficult to line up a loaner car, and concierge and drop-off service were started and discontinued at some point, but at least there are a couple of loaner cars available for customers. If you do need to wait for service, there's a cute little kids room, a fish tank, a regular waiting room, refreshments and a coffee bar. Super clean, inviting, and not "dingy repair shop" vibes. Can't go wrong with Casey's! Highly recommend.

I called tire rack to give them a chance to make things right, but they said they would need me to send photos of the tire with the rim removed. First, I called and scheduled an oil change and emissions on one of our cars. It was scheduled for two days later. Dropped it off, waited about 30-40 min and then done! Best of all they did not try to make me do a bunch of unnecessary things. Paid and I was out. $99 for an all synthetic oil change was very reasonable. Second, I had two flat tires. I had my insurance roadside tow my car down the street here. They called to let me know one could just be repaired but the other one should be replaced. We replaced both tires and got an oil change. Everything was done by the next morning. Prices were reasonable and service impeccable. They picked me up to get the car. Timmy always provides above and beyond customer service and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I have been to so many auto shops in Loudoun County and none were as honest and convenient! I'm so glad we found a reliable place nearby with such excellent service!
