This time we were going through the huge master bath/ gym remodel and had to watch our expenses. That's why I decided to compare prices and give a call to a few companies. Larry came next day and in that evening we had an estimate, while another highly-rated company I had to wait for a week for the measuring and 3 more days to get an estimate. While the price for the mirrors were similar, the price for the narrow shower panel was following: SC Glass - $230 (for the thicker 1/2" glass); All That Glass -$480 (for thinner 3/8" glass)! Another big plus was Larry's flexibility. I had to maneuver between busy schedules of carpenter, plumber and electrician and asked Larry to install items in two different days rather than one. He did the second trip for free and in the desired time. Very understanding! Other company came up with a long waiting time and no flexibility. And last but not least, we had a problem during installation (not their fault) and Larry took care of that with no extra cost. Very honest and very professional. I am a very happy customer.

He went on a crazy messages for 2 days then finally his craziness went away and he apologized and sent me the correct invoice and warranty.. and I mailed him his 50% check / balance.. Then we found out that the enclosure gets water out from every location when anyone takes a shower.. I sent him the below email asking for 3 problems to be fixed in his installation.. Again he went into a crazy response.. i need all of you to just read his email responses in the below thread ... this guy is crazy.. no customer in his right if mind should deal with him or his company... Paco came out and was very informative and nice- we discussed options and he said he would get back to me via email with a detailed bid. I never received anything through email, or a follow up call. I can only assume they don't want the job - wish they had just said so in the first place.

Shane and his crew did a great job, it didn't matter that one window was ordered for opening in the opposite direction, as Milgard windows are designed to be installed either way with just the vent stop now being on top instead of on the bottom of the window. We were on a tight deadline for ordering to be eligible for a rebate after installation, but made it work. We have now been waiting for our rebate for more than two months after the install. We tried reaching out to Eisenbart and Sons repeatedly, but have never gotten a direct answer, we have been ghosted by their management and been cheated out of a more than 1.5 thousand dollar rebate.

We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. We have old skool faux wood laminate so I knew it would be a quick mop job for myself after their departure. He examined everything on-site and explained what they would be doing and products used. Once completed he further explained what else they did to ensure a tight seal. He even pointed out a nail hole in our gutter that he felt warranted further examination by our HOA contractor. I greatly appreciate experts in the field who go to the next level to ensure things are done right. This was a great experience with a contractor, and we appreciate them helping us get our condo back in shape.
