They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.

They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. Other companies wanted significantly more money, or wanted me to take the screen door to them, or refused to give a quote without a "site inspection". On that last note, all the trades seem to be pushing their "site inspectors" lately. And, they typically charge a fee to give you that estimate. So, they show up, apply their high-pressure sales tactics and rampant up-charges while also reminding you that you've already sunk costs into them, so it's a losing proposition to get any other quotes because it'll cost you hundreds to get several bids. It's a disturbing trend. They all clearly have a price range in mind, but they don't want to publish it so they can surprise you and try to trap you. Don't fall for it!!!

After investing nearly $70,000 in window replacements with Renewal by Andersen, I expected a…read moreprofessional, coordinated, full-service experience. What I received instead was poor communication, lack of oversight, and a project that I largely had to manage myself. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and reactive. The very first scheduled day for scaffolding installation was canceled without any notice. I received no call, email, or text. I only discovered the cancellation after calling the office myself. I also contacted the representative who scheduled the appointment in December and never received a response. During the sales process, I clearly stated that I did not want ladders or foot traffic on my tile roof or on my newly installed aluminum patio cover. This concern was discussed prior to signing the contract and again when the crew arrived (a day late). I raised it yet again before installation began and was told their "hands were tied." For a project at this price point, previously discussed conditions should not be dismissed on installation day. There were also coordination issues with inspections. A city inspector arrived to inspect the full replacement window before the work had even begun. That should not happen on a properly managed permitted job. The crew finished early on a Saturday, yet my stucco and drywall were left incomplete for several days with no communication about completion. I had to follow up repeatedly. The only time I received a call back was after submitting an internal negative review. When installation was finally completed, I conducted the walkthrough inspection alone -- without a project manager present or even available by phone. For a permitted, high-value project, that lack of support during closeout is unacceptable. Now, I am still waiting on the final city inspection. As this project required permits, it is typically the contractor's responsibility to pull permits, coordinate inspections, ensure compliance, and obtain final sign-off. To date, I have received no clear communication confirming whether Renewal by Andersen is scheduling and managing the final inspection or if I am expected to handle it myself. For a company that markets itself as premium and professional, the project management and communication did not reflect that standard. The installers themselves worked hard, but the oversight, scheduling coordination, and customer communication fell significantly short of what should be expected on a $70,000 contract. If you are considering Renewal by Andersen, be prepared to actively manage your own project, follow up frequently, and ensure inspections and closeout procedures are properly handled. At this price point, customers should not be left chasing basic communication or coordinating elements of a permitted construction project themselves.

Nevertheless, because of our satisfaction, we just had to make time to write an honest appreciative review. We can't say enough great things about Local Glass. It turned out better than what we envisioned. From the very beginning to the end, everything went smoothly. Vladimir is very responsive in his communication, literally returning our messages within minutes. His team is very meticulous. They take pride in the precision of their work, which is clearly demonstrated in the quality of their work and attention to detail. From the first message, Vladimir was responsive, professional, and transparent with pricing (no surprises, no upselling). I needed a frameless barn-style sliding shower door with a fixed panel. Vladimir provided a clear quote that included high-quality FHC hardware, 3/8" tempered glass, removal and disposal of the old enclosure, and professional installation. He also offered an optional Enduro Shield protective coating with a 10-year warranty, which I added on. Sergii came out for measurements exactly on time and was friendly and thorough. The lead time was as promised: measurements on Tuesday, full installation by Friday. The installers were clean, careful, and the finished product looks fantastic. I recently remodeled both of my showers and hired this company to complete the glass work on both showers for me. I talked to three different companies in this regard and found this company's customer for service is the best ! Also the price is very competitive and reasonable. They asked me to take pictures of my shower area and send it to them so they can work on it and provide the quote to me, I found this process very helpful and productive where I didn't have to take any time off of work to meet with them. Needed two shower/Tub enclosures, Master shower frameless, and Sliding master mirror closet doors, and a fixed mirror for a vanity. The master shower installation went great! I figured THAT would be the real test of quality for Eurotech. Next, tub/shower enclosure-disaster. They drill into a water line behind the wall, a normal depth behind the wallboard. How?? They use a three inch drill bit for a 1" anchor. I call my salesman, he says " we are not responsible for anything behind the wall. You signed the waiver in the contract. I ask "why a three inch drill bit", he says -"we do hundreds of these with no problem, and we use a three inch screw in the wall." Now- I KNOW that isn't true. They deny any responsibility so I have to get it fixed for 1k. They come back to reinstall with a different team, and they were like-"we don't use three inch screws". Knew it. So they install, no problem. Next they find the flat vanity mirror is flawed (after they installed it). Off it comes they order another one. My closet mirror doors go in.....one of them is flawed. I'm like, does anyone check the quality of the product before it goes on the truck? This happens TWO MORE TIMES before they install a good one. Barely apologetic-way longer than the promised time frame for finish-poor quality control. During all this, I needed another flat vanity mirror, and asked them to install one for free for goodwill and what they have put me through. They gave me 50% off a $350. dollar product. Unbelievable. So here is the review. Oh BTW-the person who showed empathy and was apologetic on behalf of the company -the scheduler......Thank you.

Mike was very easy to work with and helpful throughout the process, especially being a first time home buyer. They did a fantastic job and the quality of materials was top notch. One of my shower doors, however, would allow water to pass through. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so they had someone come out and take a look, as well as had some clear liner things to seal with the door when it's closed. It didn't work. They came out again and found a gap where there was some silicone that was supposed to be placed but missed. Though they missed this issue when installing, they were very responsive and helpful in making sure everything was 100% perfect. Fast forward a few years, I reached out to Mike to get some sliding mirror doors done for a reach in closet. Again, high quality materials and work. But, through no fault of Simmons Glass, the color tone of the brushed nickel frame was a very bronze hue. I contacted Mike and due to the size of my mirror doors, there was only one manufacturer that could produce the product and their brushed nickel at that moment all looked that way. We worked together for several weeks to get new samples and after a long time, we finally got a sample that we were happy with. After all this time, they still honored their workmanship and customer satisfaction and came back and replaced the mirrored doors at no cost. I sincerely appreciate Mike and all the installers that came through to make sure everything was perfect. Simmons Glass is top notch service and products, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for glass/mirrors.
