A strange thing happened to us last month. We were sitting in our dining room area with my back to our glass sliding doors when all of a sudden, there was a loud noise like something hit the glass and the inside of our sliding door cracked (see pics). On the phone they made it sound like I was dumb for thinking business could be conducted over email or the phone and told me I HAD to come to their shop.
