I opened a project request and Laura was quick to reply. She said that it sounded like an issue with balancers and she could send someone out right away to check it out and if that was the issue, order parts for replacement. They sent someone out, confirmed the issue then ordered the part. When the part came in, they fixed it up and we were all done. Window fixed! A strange thing happened to us last month. We were sitting in our dining room area with my back to our glass sliding doors when all of a sudden, there was a loud noise like something hit the glass and the inside of our sliding door cracked (see pics). Because it was tempered glass, none of the glass fell. Apart from the glass cracking, it remained intact. This happened late in the evening on a weekend. After gorilla taping a heavy tarp around the glass door frame to keep any glass contained when it started falling off, my search for a company to help us remove and replace the glass began. So we agreed to have their Tech come out and get all the details. On the phone they made it sound like I was dumb for thinking business could be conducted over email or the phone and told me I HAD to come to their shop. So I did, because I have no problem working within a system.
