NO... why not, oil change has nothing to do with forks. Got a pair of forks and I replaced in 1-1/2 hours. K&J's charged me for 4-1/2 hours ($810). According to them they replaced 1 seal of which was not true because for inner tube was bent. This was my second time here of what I thought was a good shop. I don't recommend and will NOT return.
