    FastPro came to us at a very challenging time - after a house fire. The contractors they brought…read morein did quick and fantastic work, and we would definitely use again. Only issues were some poor communication at the start of cleanup, the most emotional time of the process for us; and some billing problems at the end - we had the help of a public adjuster, but it's important to keep good records. Our first time with anything like this, relatively small, thank God, we had a LOT to learn. If it's your first time, too, be prepared for it to be a LONG process, even if it was a relatively small disaster. Our adjuster warned us that it could take 4-6 months. For us, work was all but complete in a little over 2 months - last job finished 6 mos after fire following 3 month pause for insurance supplement to come through and holidays. Took 2 weeks for for adjuster and insurance to coordinate inspection, insurance company to release settlement funds, and crew to get in to start cleanup. Keep in mind, this was FAST - it usually takes longer. And last billing issue was not resolved until 7 months out. After the bumpy start, staff from FastPro and subcontractors were kind, helpful, and most importantly got the job done well and in a reasonable time frame and they did a very thorough job!

    1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed with the Quality of Service…read more I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to exercise caution. The initial quote I received was more than $1,000 lower than the final invoice, and I was billed for work that was not completed. The only reason the crew returned was because I contacted them to report that the job was only half finished and provided photos clearly showing the distinct line where they had stopped. They did not identify or acknowledge this themselves, despite having marked the job as complete. They also left their equipment running in my home for an additional week, which resulted in a $120 increase on my Delmarva bill during the winter. I ultimately had to call them to remind them to retrieve their own equipment. It took multiple emails to obtain an accurate bill, and despite reaching out to discuss my concerns before posting any reviews, I was told I would receive a response within a few days. It has now been over a month with no follow‑up whatsoever. I made every effort to handle this process cooperatively and professionally, but the lack of accountability after payment was made is deeply disappointing. The company was given several opportunities to address their mistakes, yet they failed to do so. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would not choose to work with them again.
