This shop is a fraud. My son's car has been there since June 2022 and it's now Sept 2023 and his car is still not fixed. He accepted $14,000 from insurance (geico) which was foolish on their part and spent it on personal things. He admitted this to us. My son was even told by the owner it was complete and he flew down there from MN only to find it hadn't been touched. He had to move back due to financial hardship. STAY AWAY!!! This shop is a con. The owner took my truck in with front collision damage. He told me I needed to pay $7200 for parts to start. I gave him the money 8/4/22. Every time I called to update progress he would tell me parts are on back order. He did that for 6 months. When he wouldn't answer my calls any more I would just show to his shop. He told me the parts are in and my truck will be ready in a week. That went on for 6 more weeks. Finally showed up to his shop and told him show me the parts. He told me he didn't get any because he didn't have the money. He flat out told me he spent the money on personal things. I couldn't take the lies anymore so I went to get my truck and he didn't even have the key. This is a con man I lost 7200$. I have reported him and now taking legal action. Stay away. This is his means of operation. Don't be another victim. Its 7/1/23 and I have to towe my truck out of there worse than it went in. read more

Stay away from this company. If I could give negative stars, I would. They have been ripping my brother off for over a year now, claiming "financial troubles". They have put my brother through the ringer, claiming the car will be done next week, and then next week, and then next week for over a year now. They've caused a great deal of financial trouble for my brother, and they owe him a lot of money. Not to mention the cost on his emotional and mental well-being. This company deserves to be put out of of business. They'll keep your car for a year, claim that parts are on backorder, then take the money you paid them to fix your car and spend it on personal things. I'd give this place negative 10 stars if possible. In June 2022 I brought my car in for repair after an accident. The repair estimate was for 10 days. Geico paid him and set me up for a rental and then the trouble started. After a couple of weeks the excuses started coming, can't find parts, parts on backorder etc. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a while because there were logistic issues going on with shipping at the time but it got way out of control. Months went by and most of my calls and texts to him were ignored. When I did get ahold of him he would say oh the parts are coming in and I'll have it done by next Friday, always the same excuse. Even when I would have Geico stop by he would continue the same lies to them. I had to rent a car out of pocket after the first couple of weeks because Geico stopped covering it. After 5 months of out of pocket rentals to get to work it just became too much financially and I had to leave everything behind, move out of state back home to afford continuing to pay for my car while it sits rotting in his shop with the hopes he'll repair it one day. I could no longer afford to rent a car to get to work to pay for a car I didn't have. After some back and forth with Geico I got them to look into him and they paid him another visit to see what is going on. This was in February and he told Geico that there was trouble with parts but he has everything and it would be done by the end of the month. I confirmed this with him and explained I needed to book a ticket to fly down from Minnesota. I informed him I would be flying in on March 13th to pick up the vehicle to drive back home. I confirmed that with him to make sure I was not wasting a trip and more money to do this to which he confirmed yes it is good and ready to go. So March 13th I fly down and take an uber over to his shop only to find the car stashed away in a corner still taken apart covered in dust with mice and cat footprints on it. Still hasn't been touched since the estimate was given. After some back and forth he admitted to insurance fraud and he used the 14k Geico paid him for my repair to pay his bills. After having to fly back to Minnesota without my car I got ahold of Geico's fraud team and they sent a rep to investigate. After some dialogue and a list of excuses he admitted the same fraud to the Geico rep who did report him to the authorities. I've also had to report him to the state and the BBB. He continues to lie to me and anyone who tries contacting him on my behalf about getting this taken care of. I had a friend stop by this past Tuesday 5/2/23 to check in because he lied again about the car being ready. Attached below is a current picture of my car covered in dust still taken apart. This man deserves no future business of any kind and really needs to grow a conscious. I am currently in the process of filing a suit against him so I can sue for damages and get this all taken care of. BEWARE OF THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS AND BUSINESS OWNER, STAY AWAY! read more
