I just picked up my car and these guys are magicians, seriously! I bought a Lexus 2008 RX 350 a few months ago and got a great deal from the Lexus dealer, because the car had serious keyed marks and dents on the passenger side. I figured it was worth buying and having it fixed, since it was such a good deal and far cheaper than the quote in the Kelly Blue Book. Had I written this review when I picked up my car, I would've given it a five star rating. But since I picked up my car, I have noticed damage that was made at the body shop. I have an FJ cruiser, and noticed that one of the screws was missing from a hook in the back. That didn't upset me much it's just screw. Then I noticed that the little pocket door in the back had been broken, it was nice that I let them know about it and they replaced it. In driving the car, I noticed that there's a windtunnel sound on the inside. I took it back they can't find what's wrong with it. I took the car to Toyota they can't seem to find what's wrong with it either. So as I'm driving down the street the other day, a part of the hood came up and flew to my face. They seem to have broken the part off and super glued it back on, instead of unscrewing the part off in first place. I guess the positive part of all of this is that I do have a great paint job. read more

NEW OWNERS "0" stars Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle done the right way. I had taken my previous car here about 6 years ago. I had no idea that they had changed owners, and staff. I got into a car crash and immediately after police report. I called my insurance company and they sent a tow truck to bring the car to Prestige Auto. When I get there I see other people. I asked if they were the same owners and the guy said no, but that they had just bought it and that everything was the same except new owners. Long story short my car was already there so I left it. (BIG MISTAKE) The estimate came out to be $8,1047.36. Well two of my doors were supposed to be replaced, they were not replaced instead they were repaired and that's just one of the many many things they needed to fix. I was supposed to get my car back in 10 days. I got it in 11 days but with so so many mistakes. Well I was checking my car, everything they installed they installed it the wrong way. The driver side window is not working, when you try to roll up the window it rolls back up and immediately rolls right back down. My car on the inside was so so dirty on top of it it had scratches on the outside that it didn't have before. My gas tank was full it even went above the F, well not when I got it back. Jonathan the manager had the audacity to say I'll give you $5 dollars. No the point was for them not to drive my car without my consent. My car had 10 miles more than when I left it. I called the guy but this time I spoke to the owner Marlon, really nice guy. He said bring the car so that we could fix it. I bring the car back, this time it was a month to get my car back and the issue with my window was still not fixed. Long story than what it is, I had to take my car to Honda so that they could fix my window, for them to also do the re-keying cs I couldn't open my car with the key, also for Honda to install some rubber parts that go on the sides of my dors cs at the shop they didn't install the correct ones. Of course I didn't pay for it Marlon the owner charged it to my insurance company. Honestly I would NOT recommend this place at all. It took over a period of 3 months to get my car fixed. And still not really fixed the right way. The paint was not of good quality at all. The owner Marlon is really nice. But I honestly wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Total rip off type of business that operates in charging customers an abusive price much above dealership price and finding lots of unnecessary 'issues' with your vehicle trying to get most money out of customers. I got in for an oil change and got a $2,500 bill of 'needed' changes. Upon calling my usual dealer, the same 'service' is only $500 plus tax. In addition my car was up at dealer for service 3 months ago and nobody mentioned such needs. I told the sales rep to stop and only do oil change and he said 'service was already done' so I told him to get back the car to original state as I delivered since I did not authorize all such extras. Now it gives me a huge problem for what was only supposed to be a simple oil change at already a rip off of $200. AVOID THIS PLACE read more

Having a place you can depend on and trust is worth the weight in gold. This is the second time I have had body work done at this shop within the past 18 months (don't judge, 2 times people hit my car while it was parked.) The first time I did my due diligence, driving around from shop to shop getting quotes (and wasting half of a personal day.) Prestige was my last stop and I almost didn't go because I figured it was too legit to have good prices. Error. Prestige offered me the best quote, had the most professional operation and did amazing work. When my car got hit again, it was an easy decision. They came to my job all the way down in Doral and gave me a quote, which is unheard of in my opinion. Tai worked with me on a very fair price. I just got my baby back on Saturday (yes, you can pick up on Saturday) and it looks like a dream. They came through again. I have recommended this place to everyone I know and my coworker actually got some paint work done there and was equally delighted. I will go back to these guys in a few months to get my headlights done and a detailing, and if I am feeling fancy, might get HID headlights, PA-POW! read more

Prestige is a great auto body repair shop that has excellent customer service. As soon as AAA picked up my car from the parking lot at which my car was hit, and brought it to Prestige, I was contacted by the sweetest woman receptionist, Jenny. She helped me every step of the way from contacting a rental car center for me and keeping me updated on the process of my car's repairs. The staff at Prestige is more than happy to go out of the way to help their customers. They are fast and efficient and I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs to get their car serviced or repaired! read more

I called around 1pm and spoke with Marlon about coming in to get a repair quote. I was told that he was leaving at 3pm and would be out the following day and he is the one that does the auto body repair so I would need to either come another day or before 3pm. I told him I would come for 2:30pm he said okay he will see me then. I RUSHED to get there for Marlon to take a look at my car before 3pm. When I arrived at 2:29pm the lady at the front desk told me Marlon was not there. I explained I spoke to him a little over an hour prior and he agreed to meet with me at 2:30pm. She called him and could not reach him. I waited 30 minutes and he never showed! I called him a few times and crickets. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME MARLON!!! You could have at least given me a curtesy call or picked up your phone to advise if you couldn't meet me. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. read more

One of them hacked into one of my store accounts and I woke up to an email that hundreds of dollars in merchandise was being delivered to this business address under my name. While I can't speak to the quality of their work (based on other reviews it seems great), I wouldn't trust a thief and I wouldn't trust leaving my car (and any contents in it) with them. read more

AMAZING! I found Prestige on Yelp and picked this body shop based upon their positive reviews. I could not be more pleased with the paint job and was pleasantly surprised to find that they detailed my entire car--including the engine compartment! When I went to pick-up my car, the painter came out while I was inspecting my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. You could tell that he was proud of his work and wanted to make sure that it was perfect. Bob and Tanuja were extremely helpful and friendly throughout this process and exemplify the meaning of excellent customer service--something is quite hard to find in Miami. I give Prestige my highest recommendation and will use them for any body work my cars need in the future. read more

This place is run very efficiently and I really appreciate that. My car got into a little fender bender, I had just moved back to town and heard about this shop from a mutual friend. Personally I didn't want to deal with a place in Miami because I live in Ft. Lauderdale but I thought I would give it a shot. I knew it needed a paint job and my buddy said they have a very high tech paint booth. So I got my insurance estimate and took the car here. They checked me in and made me arrangements for a rental car (which actually got upgraded for free somehow which was pretty cool). The work they did was great, I was surprised because they did the body work, but also updated me on some engine issues that they tuned up for me, I'm not sure if they added this to the cost or whatever but I was happy. They detailed the car, since it was gross when I dropped it off and all in all everything was quick and painless. I don't have a lot of experience with Auto Body shops in Florida so maybe I'm not qualified to say but since everything turned out good here, god forbid I run into this issue again, I'll probably use them again. Badly scratched and dented 2 panels on my car. So bad that I thought they had to replace it but they were able to fix it. These guys did such a good job it looks like it had just come off the dealer lot. They even cleaned the inside so well they took out 2 years to baby formula stains and crumbs. Jonathan was very friendly and the job was finished as promised for a really good price. Frankly I'm shocked there is a place like this in Miami that does such good work, for such a good price and with such good customer service. Highly highly recommended! read more

I got into a horrible accident last year and, by the looks of it, thought my car would be a complete write off. I called around and got my car towed to Prestige for free after I told them I had just been in a wreck. Everybody was very kind and put me at ease as soon as I walked into the office. I really felt as if they were on my side and wanted to help me. There isn't enough businesses like this in the Miami area. Brought in my Cruze to get some work done. Nice people there, and do some extra work for free. Like buff out paint & touch ups that weren't from the accident. But then when I came to the actual body work- my Chevy emblem fell off 3 days after leaving, paint was off shade & dripped. Put on a used hood that had rust by the latch. Air conditioning was never the same and the coolant fan ran every 20 seconds. Slow service as well. Almost a month. Too bad because I got hit again, even worse a week after. Everything was top notch; from Tanuja making my appointment over the phone (very friendly and sweet) to Jenny who checked me in (incredibly nice and accommodating). The detailing job itself was excellent and I was so happy I asked for a quote to do some much needed body work prior to selling my car. Taj helped me and took his time to explain what made sense to fix and what didn't. While the detailing inside and out was good to the paint and interior finishes, I did have to reschedule with them 3 times. Perhaps it was due to getting the living social deal and they were taking care of "Full" paying clients first. Also, I had to wait quite longer than I was told and therefore when it was finally ready, I really didn't take the time I should have to go over the vehicle with them....it was 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and I had somewhere to be. Because of this, when I got home I notice several marks on the paint and glass that I had to rub out myself. Worst of all there were two chips in the drivers side window and smaller ones on the passengers side of the windshield. I did bring this to their attention but they stated they would not have used anything to cause this. I didn't have them before I arrived so, you decide. read more

Had a HORRIBLE experience. Minor repairs were supposed to take 3 days and it turrned out to be 8 days - may car had been sitting there for days with no one working on it. The front desk customer service is sub-par. You have to constantly call to get the status of your vehicle. Went to this place because I had read a good review somewhere.
