This is my go to gas station for the last 2 1/2 years. Always have the best customer service and greet you as you walk in. It can get busy due to their gas prices being the cheapest in the area, but they know how to serve customers in a quick fashion. Love this location!! The cashier Stephanie is always amazing!! The gas prices and convenience store itself, I've never had a problem with. It's markedly much cheaper than many of the other gas stations in the area and stays competitive with Costco for the most part. It is cheaper gas, so once my car hits a certain point it drains a bit quicker than if I got gas elsewhere, but I have no real complaints really. Any time I want cheap energy drinks or if I want to scope out if there are any weird flavors, this is my place to go. There's usually a deal where it's 2 for $4 for 2 for $5 depending if it's G-fuel, Rockstar, or Monster. It's also quite affordable if I need to get Gatorade (I am sick and perishing from some form of illness) or need a quick soda. Can't comment much on the actual food or other snacks here, but as far as beverages go, price and selection wise, this place has NEVER let me down. In all honesty, my MAIN issue is how much of a PvP zone the gas station gets. Yes it's cheap gas and people are going to want to get there and get out ASAP. This doesn't help when it's around rush hour and people want to GTFO and go home. You get cars parked facing each other, people driving on the sidewalk, people backin up bizarrely, people driving around the entire convenience store section, not watching where they're going, and a plethora of other things, so keep an eye out. The cashiers working have always been polite and nice too. My go to gas station to be honest. NOTE: I always bring cash here as it's always cheaper to pay with gas at a gas station from my understanding. PS. I think their turtle mascot is a pretty cool dude. Do not go to this store! I was a customer here for over 20 years but will never give my business to this establishment again. There is a clerk named Daniel who is very racist and has poor customer service. I myself caught him in a lie twice. Once when he said he didnt have change for a $20 bill when his drawer was full of $1 & $5 bills and another time when he said the air/water machine was broken then 5 minutes later his co-worker turned it on with no problem. Fast trip corporate as well as the store manager Sam was notified of this and no disciplinary action was ever taken. In fact I was ignored by Sam several times. Its a shame what happened to this store. 7-11 is right across the street and the customer service and atmosphere is top notch. read more

I came in to get this strawberry slushy that I can only find there and to find out there's all new machines. They have strawberry with coconut (gross) and so l go to make small talk with the woman with these ugly sharpy tatted eyebrows and she's talking so low. I was there for some time ago, and I paid them $40 with my credit card, they gave me only $20 worth of gas, when I went in and talk to the person inside the store, she told me that I should go there the day after so the "boss" will take care of me, I was there the day after, and the "boss" was there, not only he did not helped me, he took my number and suppose to call me the day after, I'm still waiting for "the day after". I've been coming here for years and never had an issue (that I noticed) But the last few times I paid debit and would pre pay a certain amount inside but sometimes my car uses less. They always tell me don't worry you are pre paying so you will only be charged for what u used. NOPE this last time I went on Saturday I kept an eye on it because I wanted to make sure. I went inside paid for 45 of gas and 2 smart waters for 4.20 my total came to $49.55. My car only used 31.58 and so I should have been charged $35.55 nope I was charged the full amount of 49.55. Fast Trip has saved me from tight spots too many times to count- money orders, milk, munchies, booze, cold medicine... at 1 am? Yes! And all right around the corner. Not to mention they almost always have the lowest gas prices around (not by much, mind you). Sure, the neighborhood isn't the best, the clerks are not exactly friendly, and the packaged sandwiches up front couldn't possibly look good to any one not in the most dire straits, but shouldn't all this be expected of a convenience store? If you have any chance of going to another gas station, even if you have to push your vehicle to it, do so. This is a station to avoid at all costs. My first experience had to do with them charging my debit card twice which caused a "malfunction," which ended up requiring me to put the gas on another card altogether. This wasn't exactly helpful or compatible with my budget. It also means they charged that card the 35 cent debit fee twice! The guys working the place, of course, played dumb. No surprise there. The card company (Wells Fargo) also informed me that any time a card is swiped it's automatically authorized for 75 dollars whether or not any gas is purchased. It takes four days for the authorization to reset and for the funds to then be available to the card. While I was sorting this out, another customer came along in need of gas and we got to chatting about my situation and he informed me that this isn't the first time he's heard of this happening at this particular station and that it had happened to him not long ago. He bit the bullet and gambled putting his card in to get his gas. Fortunately it worked for him and it was substantially less gas than I was getting so he was gone before I was able to wonder at the next awesome part of this experience. This gas station magically put over 17 and 3/4 gallons of gas in my tank. I have a 16 gallon tank. Max. I reread my manual to verify this. Let's guess I had another quarter gallon already in the tank (I did drive in without having to push it) and you'll quickly calculate that I have managed to get about two gallons more gas in my tank than I have capacity. I didn't bother questioning the clerks. They wouldn't have been any help anyway. Instead I took pictures of the pump and the sticker that says it's peachy (and accurate) and plan to call that number on the sticker. Now legally they are allowed a certain variance but I saw nowhere that information posted so I'm not entirely sure what that value is. Either way, I'm reporting them and fighting for my money back. I'm going to call them when management should be in to see what they have to say about their magical multi-charging and mystical more than capacity pumps. I'll update if there is anything amusing, interesting, helpful, or positive to share. If it's just meh I'll probably find something more important to do. read more

Do not use your Credit debit card is here!!!! They still information and use them at other gas stations. First time it happened to me I wasn't positive but I was suspecting the station of do so. The second time I was notified by the bank of someone Clowney my card I knew for a fact it was them! Both of these places I had used right before I was notified! And it seems as though after reading reviews I'm not the only person with the issue of having their bank information stolen from them after using this gas station!!! Not happy with this station, went to pump gas and the pump shut down on me. Two of the lights showing the prices lit up and then started blinking. It shut me down. Went into explain I only received a few dollars of gas and it automatically shut off. I was told they had no idea what the problem was because on their end it said I canceled the transaction really why would I agree to pay an extra .35 for a few dollars of gas. Her solution try again but I would have to pay the extra .35 cents wow that's not a solution how many .35 cents transactions are they collecting. No thanks I'll go elsewhere. read more
