If you're local to the area, just keep an eye out for the gas prices. Sometimes it's only a couple cents more than Fastrip Gas or Costco's gas. No problems with whenever we had to get a snack or something in the shop. Though decades ago I remember my grandpa complaining that they charged him for ice lmao. Anyways, the issue is with the automated hands free carwash. Yeah, they raised their prices from $7 to $8 for the cheapest option. I don't blame them though. It takes forever to go through the process now. Since you're not supposed to pay until the other car is completely out of the car wash. They ran out of paper for the receipts. It was nice to see that this gas station had an attendant on duty. The area surrounding my pump was clean -- no stains, weird odors as is sometimes the case at gas stations. The mini-mart looked very clean, organized, and well-stocked. My only misgiving is that for whatever reason, the machine wouldn't take my credit card, but accepted my debit card. I wasn't willing to run inside to the cashier to find out why....I'll just leave that as a tip to anyone reading. Make sure to have an alternate card on hand, just in case it's rejected. read more

This is a normal 76 gas station. They do not always have window washer or paper towels. Gas price is about the same as everywhere. Nothing crazy special here, run-of-the-mill boring gas station. Great location, easy in and out of the driveways and never really really crowded. read more

Not sure why this place has low ratings, but I've been here a couple of times for gas and thought everything was good. The pump area is always clean, well lite, and the window wash stations are full of washer fluid, good condition squeegees, and paper towels. Sure the prices are a little higher than the local no-name places, but I hate not being able to do a good window wash. The quickie-mart is well stocked with all of the must-haves for a road trip (sodas, chips, etc.). Haven't tried the car wash yet, so I'll have to do an update in the future. read more

Went to their automated car wash, I got a month old 2019 Toyota Camry. I did not know they changed to a new flimsy wobbly spray nozzles. When it sprayed all the foams pass the rear windshield then toward the trunk, those nozzle hit the trunk real hard that I could hear the bang from inside. And yes it leaves so many scratches and scars on my trunk. Now let see how the gas station management will handle the situation. Waiting for their call .... read more

I've used their car wash there many times before, and then on the Thanksgiving weekend of 2018 I went to have my truck washed. I heard a loud crash on top of my vehicle while halfway through the wash cycle. I immediately drove forward to avoid any further of whatever damage was happening. I discovered that one of the cross bars of my luggage rack was missing. I went inside the store to notify the clerk that I needed assistance at the car wash which is automated. I returned to the entrance of the carwash where another vehicle was about to enter and told them to standby as my car was just damaged in there. I proceeded to walk inside and found my missing crossbar on the ground of the wash bay. The store manager came out and took pictures of the damage and my information. She said the video would be reviewed and their company would contact me. Needless to say I had to follow up with them the following week, because I never received any calls. So I was finally put in contact with their Customer service representative at United Pacific who said they were reviewing my case and would get back to me in a few days. We played phone tag almost everyday for about two weeks. She never answered the phone eventhough I immediately called back after she had just left a voicemail. So ultimately,she got back to me and said that they inspected their equipment and it appeard to be working properly and believes that maybe the brush may have wrapped up around the crossbar and caused the damage. She then said that they have disclaimer signs at the front of the carwash which states that they are not responsible for any damages caused to your vehicle when using their carwash. I asked if I could have a copy of the video to review with my attorney, and she said it would have to be subpoenaed by my attorney. Cost of OEM roof rack is $1000. My insurance deductible is $500. This is totally unacceptable especially for someone that was a loyal patron of their establishment for many years. Users beware of the damage potential to your vehicle, and their lack of appreciation for your patronage...SHAME on this company!!! I intend to pursue charges and will also be reporting this to the better business bureau. This could have all been avoided had they accepted fault for the damage and just helped my fix what was broken! read more

There was a disfunction at the car wash. We were waiting for a 1/2 hour in line. Cars backed up. Two workers comes out and try to fix it. They don't let anyone know what's going on. Everyone is just sitting there blocked in clueless. I ask the fake blonde lady what is going on. She doesn't say anything. She just says, " you need to be patient" Nataly is her name and she was rude. How hard is it to say "we are having problems, I'm sorry you have been waiting here for so long" what a horrible attitude. Someone needs to fire her for poor customer service. This location was a Chevron for years, it changed to a 76 for a little while now. Price-wise it's so-so, for cheaper gas head south on Azusa to the Thrifty gas or the USA gas station. I was here mainly for the car wash action. There are 3 levels of car wash priced at $11, $9, and $7. I opted for the $7 because damn..for $11 I'll go pay a little bit more and go to a hand car wash instead. I prefer ones that don't have the spinning things that smack your car a little bit, but this one does. My car was pretty dirty and this car wash actually cleaned it pretty well. The air drying works well, just cruise through slowly and use all of that time they give you. read more

Most ridiculous car wash ever. Please note you have to completely wait for the timer to end. Doesn't matter if there is no more car inside the wash. If you do enter in the car wash code before timer ends you don't get to go through the car wash. The guys inside helped out, by giving a new code. Falling in line again and wasting my time. That's something they can't fix. Been to multiple car washes. Their input system sucks. I'm sure they need to update their software or something. Cause that was just dumb. read more

Thank you to the guy with the finger waves and neck tattoo! I was running on a flat and he was able to assist me in putting air in my tire after I filled it with slime. All five stars are for his work! As for the blonde girl talking on her phone (she looked like a manager), she needs to go. I was standing at the register patiently waiting for her to serve me. She looks at me and then proceeds to TURN AROUND and keep talking on her phone pretending to stock cigarettes. "Finger waves" then stops stocking some actual inventory to come behind the register to help me. Would give this location negative stars if possible. Bought a car wash with my gas and waited in line for about 20 mins. Attendant comes out and tells everyone in line that car wash is broken. He tells me to come back tomorrow, when the wash will hopefully be fixed. I bought a car wash because I needed one at the moment, not the day after, so I ask for a refund. The attendant proceeds to go on a convoluted explanation about how if I were to have bought a pepsi with a dead rat from them, he wouldn't refund me either. He provides me with a phone number to contact the car wash company and tells me to call them for my refund. The number directs me to a machine to leave my message. Shouldn't the burdern of this hassle be on the vendor for having faulty equipment? Yes, things break, but I don't feel like I should be held responsible for such occurances. Went inside to tell the attendant that the machine was not working properly and they flat out told me it was my fault that I chose the wrong selection. I stopped by to get air in my tire which was almost flat. I asked the cashier to turn on the air machine. He picked up a small box and the cashier pressed the button to turn on the air machine remotely. I went out side to to put air in my tire but the machine was still off. There was no customer there so I figure he was coming out to help me but he kept telling he can't go out. Im usually at this location to pump gas but was the very first time I was encountered very rude, worst customer service, unprofessional cashier name Angelica. She was extremely unhappy and seriously I dont think she should be working as a cashier if she doesnt know how to talk to customer. Do not use this place! Paid for gas & car wash yesterday. Got to my destination & realized my car was still totally dirty & not washed. Not sure what their machine does but it doesn't wash cars! Plus I have a bunch of scratches on my hood! Now I am worried their gas is equally bad & will hurt my engine. When I called the station, the manager was difficult to understand & was no help. Not sure why you have someone with poor communication skills and no knowledge as your manager. This just points to how really crappy this place is. Complaint against a rude employee Damian. The male customers were harassing me and he sided with them. one of the customers took a picture or video of me. i was very humiliated and ridiculed. i asked for the supervisor and damian said she is in Mexico. mary is the name of the supervisor. Damian should have treated the customers fairly and equally. I am a female Asian and they were all Male Hispanic. I felt discriminated by this. I am so upset with the 76 located at 2450 Azusa Ave. in West Covina, CA 91792. I drive a 2007 Honda Ridgeline. It's fuel tank capacity is 22.01 gal. On my emptiest day, the maximum gallons ever pumped into my vehicle is about 19. I used pump #4 today and it was going unusually slow. The vehicle on the other side mentioned pump #5 was doing the same thing. Today, the pump continued passed 22 gallons and kept going! I stopped it, went inside to inquire. Sandra, the "Manager" was extremely rude and just directed me to call the 800 number at the pump. After expressing my frustration, she finally prints a receipt for me indicating I pumped "22.05" gallons of gas. How is this even physically possible if A) My tank only has a 22.01 capacity and B) It wasn't completely empty. I wouldn't have even been able to start my truck this morning, let alone drive to the gas station today. Standard Unleaded today was $2.99, so I was overcharged at least $8.97. The Manager and Cashier could care less. I would like my money back and feel cheated. Thieves!! read more
