I hate writing reviews like this but after directly speaking to the manger and getting nothing resolved I hope this insures better service for future customers. The second my husband and I got to the register CHRISTINA was unnecessarily rude, judgmental and should not be working in customer service. I was greeted with eyes rolling, dirty looks and than she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't serve me after I quested why she was being so rude. We all go through things in life, it's hard these days .. but to act that way to a customer right off the bat is uncalled for, I personally feel racially profiled during this recent visit. Fastrip is literally just around the corner from where I live and we visit this gas station more than their competitors across the street because the gas prices are always slighty cheaper. This Fastrip keeps busy all day long, not only is there a lot of activity inside, but there's a whole lot of activity in the parking lot. The good thing about this Fastrip is there is a lot of gas pumps so you don't have to worry about the wait time. I normally gas up at Sam's club, but this is my go to gas stop if I don't get around to making it to Sam's club since this is literally around the corner from me. So I come in to buy a beer gave the the girl 10 bucks, beer was like 3 something, then proceeded to ask if I wanted to donate the change to. I don't even know what and I reply with no and right before she gave me my change she said you should donate and try to put my change in the cup then I said I told you that I do not want to give my change away to something I don't know nothing about in a plastic cup with a picture and she literally grabbed the money and just threw it on the counter. Now I don't mind tipping or donating here and there but everything is out of control nowadays for all I know specially after how she acted it seems like the money goes to them. And it's sad that nowadays even machines asked for a tip and they're doing absolutely nothing and now if you don't donate people get super upset at you. However, I do want to point out that every time I go in there everybody is super helpful and all the other girls are good and they do what they're supposed to do but I will not be going up to that girl again she's rude I'm sure she's pocketing that money also positive that I'm not the only one that she's done this to, make you not wanna come back to the store read more

I gave this gas station 4 stars because of the location and the fact that their prices are competitive and lower than most other stations in the area. This location is always packed and can be a bit scary at night. The station is well stocked inside, and they have a great hot coffee selection. They're also stocked with a large selection of liquor and alcoholic drinks. People can often be found begging for money here which is very annoying! read more

This location gets pretty packed at times, so I usually just cruise on by if it is, but I like that is pretty large as far as lot so when I do go get gas I have a little space and I don't feel like I'm trapped in a weird corner. The gas at this Fastrip station, located on the Southwest corner of Gosford and White Lane, is $0.10 cheaper per gallon than at the Shell station across the street. I'm not sure i believe all the hocus pokus about the big name stations having special additives that preserve your car's engine better than the gas at the "no-frills" station. My friend Joan's Navigator is up to almost 200,000 mile and running and she says she only uses Fastrip and ARCO gas. And, unlike ARCO, they accept credit cards. So, technically, that is a frill. If that's not enough to convince you to purchase your gas here, they have a well stocked convenience store guaranteed to satisfy your late night snack and beverage cravings including coffee and energy drinks. read more

Bipolar customer service! So this is one of the Fastrips I frequent because it's close to my work place, and I've never had an issue with them before, but this has been happening the last couple of times this particular cashier helps me. She's super perky and bubbly with all the boys that are in line in front of me, but when she's assisting me I get glares and I get cut off while I'm still talking. I work customer service as well, and I know it can be frustrating, but if you're gonna be rude and short do it across the board haha, don't discriminate because I'm a young woman lol. I've been to this location many times, mostly for gas. They are typically one of the cheapest on my side of town. I've never really had any problems pumping gas and rarely go inside. The few times I have gone inside they are always pretty busy. The selection of snacks, drinks, and beer are large for such a small place. They do have a beer cave with a bigger selection in the back. The staff is average and nothing out of the ordinary as I'm sure they deal with all sorts of people. read more

On a good day, one whole side of pumps will be on shutdown, the windshield washer sticks are being held hostage by a hobo or their kid who's supposed to be in school, a squad of lawn trucks take up two pumps-all day- or finding a pump that won't make you walk away from your car (because it's messed up for like the eighth week straight) to be right in the line of fire of the various vagrants looking for fresh meat. read more

It was always my favorite place in this side of town. Always organized and full in stock. But today the way the cashier has handled my transaction is awful. She had an attitude and start throwing the stuff in the bag. Plus there was a manager and they were playing and running and laughing out loud behind the counter with the other employees. This Fastrip is near my work and I stop here just about every morning to pickup a cup of ice and an energy drink or similar. The ice here is a small & cylinder shaped which is nice compare to the other Fastrip down the street. And the girls in the morning are all very friendly even if it is 7:00am. And this Fastrip gets jammed packed with people buying gas from Fastrip or the Chevron side and then you have Solar City vans/trucks lined up with their guys grabbing snacks & drinks for work. But even if the lines can get to 4-5, the cashiers usually knock them out quickly. read more

I went to this gas station on Saturday November 9, 2013. I have a fiat with a 10.5 gallon gas tank. With gas prices at $4.00 a gallon, I love my fiat. Saturday I put roughly $32.00 in my fiat to fill it up. So I was extremely surprised to look at my bank statement to find that fastrip put a $100 hold on my credit card. I have never had this happen before. I called the gas station to inquire about this transaction. The girl who answered the phone was not surprised and in fact told me that the hold was normal and that if I used a debit card it would be $75.00. She did say that once the transaction goes through, it's should only charge the amount I purchased. I do plan on keeping an eye on this very closely however I will not be going to this gas station anymore if they are going to continue to hold my money hostage like this. read more
