I definitely recommend this Sully's Chevron to anyone. I've been going here since it's been open. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The employees are always working, cleaning or restocking. Even when they were making changes to the store and seemed chaotic they stayed composed and friendly. Management does a wonderful job checking on the store and the employees. This is my neighborhood gas station that is the closest this to my house so is I'm running on fumes this is my only option for gas and it is not the best price but they do offer Chevron gas. Every time I go inside to pay or indulge myself for a lotto ticket the staff is always very friendly and they have all the usual suspects for a quick stop mini mart. Sodas, coffee, chips, snacks and some other specialty items I saw that they advertise on the door. One thing I've partake in was their touch less car wash. Which I'm impressed with. You drive into and this little screen prompts you to slowly drive in as it sprays off your car the tell you to stop and put your car in park. Then the machine does the rest without touching your car. All done with high powered sprayers and then when done you get to drive through a 2 minute blow dry. And it's a buy 4 get one free with a card they give you and the punch for you. Worth it I think. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes. I just couldn't give 5* because the gas isn't cheap enough for this to be my go to place for fill ups. In a pinch it's handy. read more

This is more than a food mart at a gas station. You gotta pay attention to all the selection of healthy foods they sell. They even sell MuscleGrub food brand. Aside from all their goodies, there is one thing that got me hooked and that is their MedCafe foods; specifically ZEHOG. It's a green dip like no other. My favorite of all time. Ever since I have found ZEHOG dip here, I have come back religiously EVERY WEEK, to buy my DOSE! I later found out all Sully's are selling select MedCafe foods, MuscleGrub brand, Luigis items, and oh-so-much-more! I am so used to that ZEHOG by now, if I run out, I will go out of my way to go and get it. Thank you SULLY'S for your wonderful selection, friendly staff, and clean store. Best gas station coffee in the western hemisphere!!! I usually don't review gas stations, but the coffee in this one beats the other gas stations in the area so far. I can't stand that, "Seattle's best" crap so I will drive across town when I have time to get a coffee at this location. I'm real picky when it comes to my morning coffee, been many places and this location is on my coffee radar's list. The gas here is always waaay more expensive than anywhere else in town. Unfortunately, since it's near where I work, I've found myself cruising by with my gas light on and had to stop here for emergency gas numerous times. I never put more than two gallons in my tank - just enough to tide me over until I can get to a cheaper station. That being said, this station is always clean, well lit, and there are no transients hanging around. The Big Country convenience store is well stocked, though expensive, and the workers are friendly. Used to be a great place. In the last number of months, it has gone steadily downhill. The place is generally understaffed, or they have staff hanging around not helping people. Most of the friendly staff are gone, and many people working here appear to hate their job. I've been coming here less and less after coming here practically every day for a long time. Recently purchased by Sullys and prices went straight up. Looks like they are price fixing gas in the area. Try the chevron on white and gosford they are $.30 to $.40 cheaper. Sad they are taking advantage of people when the economy is as bad as it is!! read more

This Chevron sells really expensive gasoline. Still, I stop by once in awhile when I'm running out of gas. I'll just buy about $5 to $10 til I have time to fill up at an affordable station. The store itself is fine and convenient to stop at. read more

This station is part of my Time Utilization Route, (if you know what I mean). Easy to access and easy to leave. I very seldom have went inside the Convenient Store but from observation, this store is busy. I use this Chevron as a "fuel for the Chariot" stop. This is what keeps me coming back. read more

This is a five star review if I can id make it a six star, employees are super nice , I just got helped by I think his name was Tony but super friendly I have been wanting to write a review about this place before but I always forget so here it is with my last experience I came.... I locked myself out of my car and I asked them for help and they let me use their phone and they were so helpful. I'm not too sure if it was a manager or supervisor but I think his name was Kevin came up to me and told me that I was more than welcomed to grab a fountain drink because how hot it was. Great customer service here. I agree the prices are somewhat high. Several of the employees transferred to this store from the OD Chevron after Sullivan's sold out. You are always greeted when you enter and are invited to return when you exit. Ice is free here....unlike Olive Drive who NOW charge for ice. OD will not replace or return faulty items they sell. It's all about the buck now at OD Chevron. I used to do business at OD Chevron....until it went into rapid decline after Sullivan's sold to a guy named 'Romi'. Stay away from Olive Drive station. Take a few more minutes and drive west a couple miles to this store....you'll be glad you did. read more

Until 2 hrsminutes ago Big Country had me as an enthusiastic patron of several years, who had great things to say (I will not to them the favor of listing these great thing first, but will have the courtesy to i discuss at the end). DONT BUY YOUR LAST MINUTE BEER HERE I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WHERE I FELT I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT BY THE EMPLOYEE, CORRIN. During this encounter she lied about two concrete things that when I caught her, she justified it by citing a store policy which also think was a lie, but if real I wouldn't like either. Ive bought alcohol there dozens of times b/w 1:55 and 1:59;40 (that 's my resord, I get off work 12-1, but im really a procrastinator) Ive not mad eit in time severaly times but as long as the transaction completed before 2:00am, I was able to purchase the aclohol (when its really tight make sure to bring case it will shave 15 to 30 second off your time :). But if Corrin is working last call is determined by her and can up to ten minutes before 2:00 since she told me as I was leaving that was the time I should be there if i wanted to be sure I would be able to purchase achohol. My whole expereince gave me the impression that she wasnt concerned at all about how the customer felt they were being treated and that i would be too dumb to do anything but get angry or accept what she told me. And what really made this unacceptable treatment is that she lied that the items wouldnt scan, when I asked her at 1:58. And if what she said abouth the store policy was tru, then an unnecessary lie. On this occasion I walk in and immediately point behind the counter and make my request. Corrin says: Sorry its already 2 oclock. ***I think back to the 1:56 reading on dash that I obviously checked as i got out of my car 30 seconds prior (plenty of time by my standards)*** Me: (puzzled) are you sure? that cant be? Corrin: yep, our clock says its just past two, so i cant sell to you sorry, it wont let us scan it. LIE ***(I realize shes referring to the analog clock on the wall behind me that is about 12 feet awar, about 10 feet high and about 4ft to the right from what would be her straight on sightIine. And the pepsi or dr.peppers colors didnt make it wasy to read clearly****I ***I reach for my phone to check the time and it says 1:57*** ME: "I have 1:57 on my phone and ive bought close to 2am many times here (big country) before and have never had a problem. What time does your register say?" (still acting puzzled, and not accusatory) Corrin: "1:58." (she says quickly) but you see that clock over thats what we go by it now not even on the line its past it, Im sorry theres nothing i can do, I cant sell it to you" John: "like it wont let you scan it. (still playing puzzled)" Corrin" NO" LIE me: "could you try and just see what happens" Corrin: NO we got by that clock and we cant sell after that because you have to be in your car and out of the parking lot 2. ****i notice the clock is 10 minutes ahead*** Me: Is that a NEw policy because I buy here very close to 200 am and have never had a problem. Corrin: Yes thats the rule. ****I hurredly get a pack of tums buy them and after all this exchange the the receipt says 1:58:50 I was floored. Before I get two upset I say Me: "This receipt says 1:58 (with an astonished with disgusted look on my face)" Corrin: the rule is you have to be n yor car and out of the parking lot by 2 and that wasnt going to happen with when you came in her. **** Im speechless and stand there there a2-3 seconds ltrying to figure out what to think.*** She bigins again with the thing about the rule and how she still cant sell it to me." " I say at this point it not even about the alcohol, whyd you lie" She says she told me the machine said 1:58 (it had to have been 157 at athat time. "but you said it wouldnt scan, ah whate ever with a sigh kind of over talking to this lady anomore" again she goes off about the rule and how she still cant sell it to me I remain there staring down at my receipt for the tums 4-5 second, just speechless trying to figure out what to say or think. "sign here for these" over it and disgusted with the store "you know i'd like to cancel the transaction" I was insulted, and very disappointed in a store i frequented and thought very highly of. The lines might be lengthy and sound silly, but the fact that I sat heere and wrote them oughtta tel you something, Oh and one more thing form the first word she was more unpleasant than she needed to be. I've read the reviews on this station and decided to use their competition down the street ( Shell), I change my mind when I saw how dirty the Shell station was. So I Tried B.C.C the station has cheaper prices for fuel, is very clean, and the employee that waited on me was very nice. I also was able to pick out a few items in the deli to snack on. They have a very good selection of deli cheeses and sandwiches. looking at the cold drink doors, All the different beers some I have never seen, I will be back for the Chocolate beer and a pepper beer. I too agree on the prices!! Out of control!! We must treat this station as we need it in a pinch but on an everyday basis, no . What's going on with manager or owner, he always greets you at the door or outside when he is on one of his multiple smoke rants. Just wait till he talks to you. The first thing you will remember will be this post the greeting will go something like this in a very girlish voice for an older man but nonetheless "hey guy what u got going??? Haha. Alright guy have a good one" haha. I always think he may ask for my number one day. I sure hope not but it is entertaining.
