Saw the reviews and headed there with my wife for dinner. We were amazed! To start off, great service provided by Amber. They have a nice selection of beers. I started with a Quilter's Irish Death - dark and delicious. Later, I opted for the Hop Valley Stash Panda. My wife and I started with the perfectly prepared wings - super crispy with mild sauce. OMG, first off the owner and staff are so friendly, add amazing food equals a perfect dinner. Just traveling thru and wanted a cold beer and hot food after a long drive. Beer was great with way amazing prices for a 16 oz draft. We ordered the grilled cheese pulled pork sandwich and I'll never have a plain grilled cheese again. We had been meaning to try this place for awhile, but it's a little far from where we live so we had to find a time when we were actually in the area and looking for food. We hit the place during the lunch rush so we had to wait quite awhile for our food. I guess that's why they call it a lunch rush! It's just a timing thing so no big deal but know they only have two people working the grill so if you go when it's busy it could be awhile. We got one burger with fries and one fried chicken sandwich with tots. The chicken sandwich was HUGE as were the portions of fries and tots. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted good. It was hot in there and not a lot of ventilation so you might come out smelling like burgers but we enjoyed everything we ordered. Note: they did charge me extra for paying with a card. You don't see that much these days - I think it was an extra dollar but I didn't bother asking more since it was already done. read more

My father and I drove into town like a couple of weary tumbleweeds driving across the country with the devil at our backs. Driving a 30' moving truck makes it difficult to stop and get a real bite to eat. The parking is ample enough to host us and a big rig and the restaurant is located a short straight shot off of 84. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the owner, an incredibly kind, gracious, host who wears multiple hats with the aplomb of a haberdasher. She's funny and personable and is a welcome presence of warmth when you're road weary. We came just around open but started to see a trickle of folks coming in and the ambiance belays that the restaurant is really fun when it's packed. Our food and coffee came out very quickly and the portions are large but manageable when you've got a hankering. Both our meals had NO RIGHT BEING SO GOOD. We both shared a moment of sadness that we don't live closer or we would both work our way through the entire menu.
