I was flying out of twin Falls airport and those who have been there will know what I am talking about. This is the only restaurant in and near the airport but I was told a lot of locals eat there which was good since there are a few flights a day. I got to the airport early to return my car after checking out of my hotel and killing time. I stopped in there to eat lunch and grabbed a beer. This was the day after the airshow. There were flies all over but it wasn't their fault since they were open during the airshow and had a lot of people going in and out of the doors. Since I was the only one in there the service was great and the salad that I had was good and filling. They serve breakfast and lunch items so there will be something for everyone. read more

Great place for lunch, quiet, great service! Had cheeseburger and patty melt; hubs had their homemade chicken soup and we ordered the homemade peach pie a la mode, yum! Would recommend coming here; airport terminal is worth going through to see nostalgic memories. read more

I have been a local pilot and repeat customer to Happy Landing for 20+ years. The daily specials are always delicious. I am thankful to have them at the airport for a great dining and homemade cooking after a days flying. Hedi and the staff always supply a kind smile and are so helpful. The view of the Valley or the airport operations area along with the interior decor is a big plus. Don't forget the patio dining. Come enjoy locally owned eating experience! Stopped in here to/from Oshkosh twice for fuel and to get something to eat. Located in the terminal, you can either drive in or fly in. They have daily specials and a decent menu to choose from. Both our stops were for lunch. This diner-style restaurant has some view of the runway for airplane fans. There's also a few TV monitors for you sport's fans. There's a full bar...which I bet passengers waiting for their flights use quite often. On my last visit, I opted for the bacon cheeseburger with fries...both were good and reasonably priced for an airport restaurant. My friend tried a tuna sandwich with a salad...he said it too was good. In the last couple of weeks, they switched to serving Coke products (sorry Pepsi folks!). The staff was nice and the facility clean. Next time I'm in the neighborhood, I won't have any objections to eating here again. read more

Sometimes we get bused to the Twin Falls Airport from Sun Valley Idaho when the weather is too bad for them to land there. So many times we have arrived in a hurry to make our moved flight. When we do, we always run into the Happy Landing Restaurant for a quick take out order prior to boarding. I want to say that these Ladies there are always so nice and kind. They understand that customers are in a hurry, and they bend over backwards to promptly assist you. If you are really late, they will advise you to order a sandwich or soup instead of something that has to be grilled. Last time we were there we ordered 3 turkey sandwiches, and some French fries. I went the bathroom and came back 5 minutes later to one of them handing me our order. It's so nice when people understand and are so kind. Course most everyone I've met in Idaho are kind but these Ladies, and the cooks, deserve to be recognized for their top level service. Very convenient location before the security check point at the airport. It was open early as well which was great and had all of the standard breakfast options. I loved having lots of flavor options for my coffee too. Staff was very friendly!! read more

If you fly out of Twin Falls, this is a good place to quick grab a bite. I pop in from time to time on my way home, and every time I have, the service and the food has been very well done. I've had their soups, salads, sandwiches, fries and pies. Fries are fresh cut. Pie is homemade. Prices are reasonable and service is fast. read more

My husband and I stopped in this morning for breakfast after hearing good things and we were not disappointed! We arrived about 10 minutes before their scheduled opening time, but were still greeted with friendly service, seated and served. Awesome food, great service and cool environment. We loved sitting by the window and watching the planes take off. We will be back with our kids. Highly recommend! read more
