Seems this place has event nights too, like "Chick Flicks Night" and some kind of trivia thing. Best thing about it is that they serve Due Torri coffee, an undiscovered gem of an artisanal roastery.

Our family used them for my daughter's party and they were fabulous. I also found out recently that a friend actually worked here in her younger days. Shai has now apparently moved on to Hawaii and in it's place is The Arlington. Actually, the interior doesn't look like it's changed much. They serve coffee and various noshes, maintain a catering business, and feature live music on select weekends. I especially like the sidewalk seating and potential to make the inside a little bit more Berkeley hip (or Cal Professor Modern). The food is also still very good.

The food sat at my front door for who knows how long because the driver didn't bother to knock.
