We were told they have good ribs so we gave them a try. Good call! They have a smoker out front smoking excellent BBQ baby back ribs. They had a special-2 dinners for $330 pesos. You got to pick 2 of 3 (ribs, steak or shrimp) and coleslaw, green salad, baked potato and toast. The ribs were tender and juicy and were falling off the bones. The shrimp was very good too. We ate so much I can't breathe! The restaurant offers indoor or outdoor seating. We opted for indoor because the smoker was out front in the eating area and it was pretty smoky. Inside was really cute with fun pictures everywhere. The tables had padded tops and the chairs had padded seats so nice and comfy. Definitely recommend! read more

Based on several visits, I still recommend the rib sandwich over the most popular and best selling (higher priced) gnaw the meat odd the bone with your teeth option. They also make and sell other food - including fish - but most people come here for ribs; a few exceptions are for a crafts/baked goods sale Wednesday mornings, to play cribbage Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons, or to listen to live "Latin" music on Thursday nights. read more

Great ribs!!! We came early as we have a 22 month old with us and wanted to beat the crowds. We got here around 430, by 5 the place gets packed and happy hour starts. We all ordered ribs (2x260) we shared. You get a baked potato, coleslaw and garlic bread. Worth it!!! This is our second time here, we came last year as well. Service was great and food was hot. The only downside is they don't take anything other than cash and I didn't see a sign posted advertising that. That would be my recommendation post that it's a cash only place. Food was excellent (the ribs are incredible), service was very good. Price was great. Ambiance is ok until you get to the creep selling timeshares and ILLEGAL scams!! This man approached us after we finished eating with the demeanor of a manager (asking how our meal was, where we're from, etc.) so we engaged with him. But then he started asking us if we wanted free souvenirs. We said "sure! Who wouldn't want free stuff?" He then proceeds to try to get a $40 down payment on a 1.5 hr timeshare meeting which he promised we would get $1000 US and souvenirs if we sat through it. I told him I was not interested as I already own a timeshare I might be trying to sell eventually. He then said he wanted to get my info to give to someone who would offer me the same amount I paid for my timeshare. Lucky for me, I had been doing some digging on selling my timeshare and he was trying to give my information to a HIGHLY ILLEGAL FRADULENT timeshare sales scam (they tell you if you pay them $1000 or so up front, they will find a buyer quickly only to disappear with the down payment). I had to practically bless this man out and demand my check 20 times to get rid of him. He was RELENTLESS and completely ruined our dinner! Please do not let scammers haggle your patrons because your food is delicious. This man, however, might be an actual criminal requiring investigation. I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant to avoid this ILLEGAL activity and incessant pestering. read more

Came here for a late lunch. We were the only ones but it was getting pretty busy by the time we left. Food was great and prices too. We had the special of BBQ ribs and fried shrimp, both were great, but damn those were great ribs. Both served w baked golden potato and cole slaw. We also had the BBQ chicken, they put a sweet BBQ sauce on the side, but the chicken was better without the sauce. And we had the chicken tacos, which were descent but we'd skip that next time. With a couple beers and tip we paid about $35 for our family of 5 and we're all perfectly satisfied with the meal! We may be back again. read more

We've stopped going since my last review. After five separate dinners with big failures. I would not recommend ordering the steak. More times than not it comes to the table very sub par. Weve had cuts too grisly to chew, undercooked and then returned burn to the table well well done. The quality of the cuts appear to have changed as well. The go from good to low quality beef to hard to chew. Oh and don't bother complaining. They smile and do nothing. I literally watched my waiter throw out a plate of grisly steak that had yielded 3 bites. I told him it was the worst steak of my life . He laughed, I said no, I mean it. Can you talk to the manager , returned and said sorry, No offer of a replacement steak and it was still on the bill. Another change. There seems to be a large increase in vendors , balloon tyers , rose sellers, singers and others plying their services. The last time it was ridiculous. You could barely eat. I know management must have some arrangement as one guy patched into their stereo by blue tooth. If they want to provide music please do so but don't allow someone to sing and then walk around to every table to collect tips! Pay them yourselves! The ribs are still good. Its still reasonable unless you get an uneatable steak. And bring a whole jar of change. Until management changes the way they support their community I wont return. Give them an area at the entrance or a corner, pay for your musicians. Let your customers eat in peace and don't charge for garbage. read more

I smelled tyre aroma wafting through the air before I got there. The servings are large for the price. My family had the burgers. They were happy with their choice. All this with a small salad and baked potato. They have a limited cerveza choice (Sol and another brand in bottles), but have a full bar. Good service and friendly people.
