Call in my order for pick-up. The employee was kind, helpful, and amazing. I ordered a Philly steak 1/2 sandwich and fried pickles w/ranch. They had it ready in less than 15 minutes. When I walked in to pay and grab my order the establishment was clean, the employee was very kind and treated me very warmly. I took the food back to my office to eat and the fried pickles are amazing. The Philly steak is decent. I would recommend this location to visit and try their food. read more

Food was a 11/10, even more so the service was some of the best me and my girlfriend have seen in our travels through college towns. The guy Austin who helped us was full of life super patient with us as my girlfriend has a disability and he even gave her service dog a little something special. It's a small spot but an upper level section for seating which spaced out the place nicely. If we travel to Eugene again we will definitely be stopping here for another meal. read more

Tried this spot out with my boyfriend, food was okay, honestly nothing serious or special. Not sure if I'd try again because nothing was out of the ordinary. The single burger was very average, like Toxic average, ehh. The hamburger bun also reminded me of Toxic. The buffalo wings were fine, the fries were fairly crispy which I liked. The bronco sandwich, honestly very mediocre. Didn't taste great, boyfrend didn't even finish it. Didn't even look appetizing in my opinion. The service on the other hand was good, they got the order done very quickly, I ordered ahead online! It was a welcoming spot and the menu was clear for everyone to see. After mouth watering over the menu for the last few months finally dove in and had to try a fat shack sandwich. Ordered the fat shack, of course on my first visit. It really was the most amazing/mediocre thing I have ever eaten. So much fried food, felt like I needed some green's immediately afterwards. Honey mustard seemed like a weak choice to pair and I may have to substitute this in the future. I will come back to try again. Fat Shack was an ok place to go. Not terrible.. but I wouldn't necessarily come back. But the skid really liked the deep fried chocolate chip cookie as well as the cheeseburger with macaroni cheese on top. It was perfectly made. We also got the fried pickles, which surprisingly did not come with sauce. Also got the cheese fries which was pretty decent. The bill for 3 of us was a smidge over $50. And I think that was pretty average. That was three cheeseburgers, a soda, a small milkshake, fried pickles, cheese fries, an order of deep fried chocolate chip cookies and a fried Twinkie. Also as far as the deep fried Twinkie and chocolate chip cookies go, they like cover dem mothas with so much powdered sugar. I was served The Classic Burger by Akira and Marlea. Marlea has always been nice. When I bit into the burger I could taste a delicious and acute flavor of salt, pepper, and smokiness that made me excited. The rolling of the cheese of the patty and the melon like flavor of the tomato blended the flavors greatly. I like how the bun is toasted only until edges are singed like crinkly crystals. read more

We were craving burgers & this hit the spot. I was impressed with the amount of toppings on my burger, the classic. It had lots of pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, 2 burger Pattie's, and melty American cheese. I subbed mayo instead of burger sauce and it was dripping with each bite between the juices of the burger/ cheese/ mayo. The bun was soft and not soggy so that's a win! I liked the fries, but phew they're salty! Had to wipe off salt before I took a bite. The chicken tenders were such a hefty helping too. I was so full I had a couple bites of my burger and some fries left that I just couldn't finish cause it was so much! I think the price of these burgers are extremely reasonable. The size was great. This is essentially middle of the night Stoney bologna 420 blaze it Munchies food. I kinda wish I was high when I ordered cause I'm sure it would be a 5 I'm giving it a higher review mainly based on the late night option they provide to the community. My order was split down the middle on expectations they serve up them classic chicken tenders that you are looking for when it comes to crunch, although the tender it's self was a little dry. Cheese fries used liquid nacho cheese over some rather crispy seasoned fries, I personally prefer melted cheddar or ColbyJack. Also tried The single there take on a classic burger. The bun to burger ratio was kinda whack but would be easily fixed if I would have stuck to the double, and if you don't like sweeter sauces stay away from the burger sauce. The least impressive item was the Garlic Parm Wings. Wings are over cooked, and the Garlic Parm is garbage. Let be serious for a moment. There is a ton of burger joints out there. From Golden Arches to the clown and the king and a whole bunch of others. Last night I had a burger and shake at what my be the best burger meal that I have ordered out. I got the supreme with Mac and cheese and a side of onion rings and a vanilla shake. Funny part is I had delivered and didn't get it til probably 10 to 15 minutes after it was made. Phenomenal is all I can say. The shake was on point as well. Undercooked chicken fingers still pink Luke warm at best and hard to chew. The shakes were melted third time I've gotten shakes at night and got very ill immediately after drinking it should have known as it was melted I suppose but whatever their issues are the have a huge problem with cross contamination or the additives are expired or their workers aren't sanitary and to top it all off the Fry's were cold yet again. This place has failed every time over the last year I've retryed it I guess this company has lost its ability to put out quality and definitely extremely slow not worth retrying untill there's new management etc! read more
