On your way to Vegas there is a great spot to stop halfway through your road trip for a wiener and…read morean Italian beef. You also have to get a Chicago tamale. This is not your Abuelas tamales but a great treat with maza and meat in a plastic wrapper. I go for the fire dog which is awesome, but there are many great hot tube meat options to shove in your mouth. They also have beers, seltsers and ciders all at a great price. My wife just cant have any due to being on antibiotics for her syphilis. The service is fast and friendly with some regular family business faces. They also have huge gift shop with artisan crafts along typical AZ tourist trap grabs, as well as real AZ bee created honey that is quite tasty. Only con is the big presence of trumpster paraphernalia, which I figure is brought on from the owner or some form of management. I thought it was a turn off but funny as well. At the end of the day life's to short for politics to block your weiner. Plus why not try to garner some business from 30% of the population that steal love that cheeto monster. They do also have a lot of cool gas station style chachkis on the wall. I grew up in Dazzos in Glendale bit havent been there in a while due to distance from my house but hey when there is one on the way to Vegas why not stop in. However, the hot dogs dont come with frys like they do in Glendal or at least used to. Nonetheless you can get fries and onion rings on the side. I did ask some questions about the name sake and apparently they are the same family however there was sone rift over the name use in wikieup but realistically how many Dazzos are there out there making Chicago dogs. I also like that they charge $1 to use the bathroom if your not a customer, so just buy a dog and use it for free.

My last visit I grabbed a polish dog- it was good, but my mom got the chili dog and that looked even better. Thinking I'm getting that next time! The staff is very friendly.

There was a really nice young man who was helping out around the restaurant and gave us (we're older, seniors) a great feeling about the future of America. The young man was professional, friendly, engaging and I could tell helpful to the other employees. I have a feeling if we come back in 20 years he'll be running the place. :) We had the Dead Meat Treat, omelet, hashbrowns and 2 buttermilk pancakes. The food was delicious and we got some cool photos and, of course, our Passport stamp.

It definitely embraces the "roadkill" theme, with all of the decorations around the inside, as well as all of the fun names. The place has this "roadhouse" vibe. In addition to the restaurant, they also have a gift shop, of course, with all kinds of neat souvenirs, Route 66 and otherwise. I got my sister-in-law a "roadkill Café" shot glass, and I had to get a roadkill Café T-shirt for myself. We had the "one eyed dog got hit in the fog." very generous portions of rib sticking good food. We really enjoyed our breakfast. The price was reasonable. The employees were very friendly, and they came by regularly to check on us. Thanks for a fun and very good breakfast.
