The interior inside is so warm and welcoming, and they even have a small little corner with fun knick-knacks. They have a variety of drinks and pastries available. We ended up ordering a Sugar-Free Hazelnut Brittle Latte and Flat White, along with an Everything Bagel and a Cheddar Bagel. The bagels were very filling and delicious. The coffee here is great! The Hazelnut Brittle is nutty and not too sweet, which is great. The staff here was also helpful when providing answers to our questions about the menu. They were very inviting and sweet. Shoutout to them! So, if you are ever on the road, and you need a little pick-me-up? This place is quite perfect, especially for the road trip hunger.

I was excited to find a familiar coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks. I have a Human Bean next to me in Tempe and love their coffee products. I picked up my coffee drink and appreciated the great customer that I always get from these guys. The Human Bean got their start in Oregon. They are known for their hand-crafted espresso drinks and fruit-infused smoothies. Every drink is topped with a white chocolate espresso bean. All of their locations have a double drive-thru or you can walk up to the window. You order directly from the barista and not through an intercom. The baristas are usually high energy and personable. The Granita is a my favorite and is Human Bean's biggest seller.

I love the name because it fits the drink; the colors imitate the sun and the hibiscus setting into the mango juice. I believe it was an amazing sight, and I get why the name fits the drink. My dad got to meet the owner Victor. Such a nice guy. Victor Sat and chatted with us a bit. We're both Armenian. We exchanged stories about places we've lived, how our families were affected by the Armenian Genocide, how we became Christians, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. They offer various choices from baked goods, breakfast, salads, wraps, entrees, coffee and ice cream. We ordered the Raspberry Chipotle Wrap, Hummus Chicken Wrap, Grilled cheese croissant, and the Armenian Kebab plate. For drinks we ordered Italian Cream Sodas (I recommend the Peach flavor). The ambiance was clean and comfortable. They have some Middle Eastern decor including rugs hanging on the walls and a cute painting of parts of Armenia. You can buy nic nacks and rugs.
