Right as we walk in you can tell the place is very well taken care of and organized. The nice lady at the register had the sweetest smile and was very helpful and accurate taking our order there was plenty of drinks to choose from. We tried the pastrami sandwich and elote hot dog and even a small regular cheeseburger with fries. All that we ordered was very delicious it was a nice place to stop on our way back to California. The inside was decorated very cute with a space theme and they had comfy seating. The cooks really know there stuff they worked hard to get our order out and as we sat more and more people came in. So thankful this place exists. Thank you for excellent service and comfy and yummy place to make a pit stop. I hope we get to return sometime.

Absolutely wonderful. Went on my trip to visit my daughters college back in February. The staff was kind and attentive. The food was well-prepared and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the theme is fun and consistent. Hope to return when they reopen.

I love the ambiance, where else can you watch sci-fi on a giant screen and eat fabulous food at the same time. I rarely eat a whole burger at restaurants but I sure finish the whole thing here! The mushroom, bacon, swiss is my new fave and the Elote fries are delicious. The milkshakes are simply out of this world

I ordered a personal pizza called the Classic Pep with some breadsticks with marinara and a drink. The breadsticks were basically a 10 inch cheese pizza with more dough and less cheese, but they were still pretty good. The pizza came about five minutes later and the personal pizza was a tiny pizza, maybe around seven to eight inches, and the pizza was good, but not too great for its small size. Still had leftovers, though. Service was good. When someone comes into here, they have to look at the menu upfront and order at the counter, find a seat of their choice and fill their drink and then it goes from there. Pretty simple. Floyd's seems to be a Stubborn soda fan, which I approve of. The man at the counter actually recommended the breadsticks, and now I realize that the pizza isn't enough to fill me or most anybody. It's mostly an at-the-counter style service, except they bring the food to you. Inside was great. The entrance is a little tight, but there's two sides of the restaurant and I sat down in the right side from the door, so I can't say about the left side. One of my favorite things inside was the drink machine had those levers on it, it just felt much better to pull that for drinks than pushing a button. Overall, Floyd's is a great place to eat for everyone. The food is good, the service is great, and inside is comfy and wooden. One thing I would hope for Floyd's is to make their pizza bigger, their personal pizzas are much like those kid menu pizzas. I'll probably try a sandwich next time. Thank you.

So that means it fish Fridays for me! Well after calling the store yesterday, their beloved Walleye arrived for the lent season. Needles to say, I planned my day around getting a Walleye dinner. In the past it has always been exceptional. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Well, that was not the case this time. I ordered the 3 piece Walleye dinner, so I make it a 2 day meal. First red Flagg, was the increase in price. It really jumped, but I wanted my Walleye. I wait all year long for this, and I bit the bullet and took it home for a feast. I live 20 miles out of town, so I put the pedal to the medal, so it would still be hot. Well, when I opened it up, There were 3 pieces of fish. One large on and 2 very small ones. I guess I should have gotten the 2 piece dinner instead. Being a senior citizen of a very fixed income, that will be the last time I would order the 3 piece dinner. I will stick with the 2 piece or just have the sandwich. The other issue was how it was cooked. It was very greasy, and the filets themselves were not really as thick as they use to be! My question is, did the tariffs have something to due with the huge price increase, and the smaller portions. I believe Culvers gets Walleye from Canada. We see on the internet all the time about fast food chains increasing prices and cutting portion size. I am not giving up on my beloved Walleye. The next time I order a Walleye dinner, I will open it up before I leave. I don't want to be shocked again!!! Please watch the grease, that was never there before. .

The burger was huge. The patty was tender and juicy, but the onion rings and overly sweet barbecue sauce made it a bit too rich. I remember having a similar burger at Mr. Bartley's in Harvard Square, and I was also quite disappointed. This one was much better though, at least the patty was good. Philly Cheese Steak: My friend ordered this, and it wasn't as good as the Philadelphia original version. The beef was a bit tough, and there wasn't enough cheese. French Fries: Freshly fried fries. In the US, you can almost always get piping hot fries, so this was especially reassuring. Vanilla Oreo Shakes: The milkshakes are one of the restaurant's signature products, and I was very satisfied! Overall, it's smooth and creamy, sweet but not cloying, with a rich Oreo and vanilla flavor. But seriously, could you please use a bigger cup? Why use a separate cup to make it seem like a large portion? Caramel Sundae: My friend ordered this. It's made in a classic banana split style, with a rich caramel flavor. Although it was a little on the sweet side, it was still delicious.

We were kept up for hours, jolted awake repeatedly. Good luck getting any decent sleep; earplugs won't cut it against this industrial racket. If you're sensitive to noise (or traveling with kids who need rest), this place is a nightmare. The pool and bar situation was even worse. Hundreds of locals and day-trippers who aren't even staying at the hotel swarm in to drink and party. The pool gets packed wall-to-wall with boozing adults, leaving zero room for our 6-year-old and 16-year-old to swim or play. I guess I should have anticipated this one. So my bad here. Then there's the ridiculous restaurant incident. I brought my empty insulated mug to breakfast to keep my coffee hot. The staff member outright lied to my face, claiming "Arizona law" forbids bringing in any cup--even an empty one. I checked: that's complete nonsense. Arizona's open container laws are about alcohol in vehicles and public places, not coffee mugs in a restaurant. If it's your petty house policy, just own it. Don't blame the government to sound official. The dishonesty left a sour taste. I tried to cancel my second night so I could go stay somewhere else and get some sleep. But they told me I can't cancel the second night because it's a holiday weekend. They said they can cancel my stay but there is no refund. I'm certain they could have rented the room out to somebody else tonight with ease. It's July 4th. It's primarily a party spot. So bring your party, but not your family, (or an empty insulated coffee mug). And absolutely DO NOT expect a good nights sleep at the hotel. I used to love stopping into this place. But after staying at the hotel and having this experience I won't be back again.

The waitress was so cheery and accommodating to seat me closest to the window facing west. I appreciate her opening the blinds too. Even the cook staff, wait staff and visitors were stunned as much as me over the gorgeous sunset. YOLO, now for the food and service. As mentioned before, the waitress seemed genuinely excited to be helpful. She could not have done anything better. Instead of ordering the curious Cactus Blossom as an appetizer, I took her advice and ordered a smaller portion as one of my sides. The steak arrived just as I ordered it. Perfection and delicious. I didn't mind trimming the fat as it was necessary for flavor during the cooking. Too bad the small hill of trimmed fat equaled 1/4 of the whole steak. The second most priciest meal on the menu but that's okay, YOLO.

I had the Saturday night special prime rib dinner with garlic mashers and bacon-wrapped asparagus. The beef was well-seasoned and had a nice fresh-herb sprinkle. Along with a nice dessert my total bill came to about $50 with tip. I went back the next day and got the shrimp pasta in vodka sauce and it was quite good...mild but fresh-tasting. I also ordered a pizza to go, and it wasn't very good. Lacked flavor and seemed "flat" for what is usually a tasty item. I don't think pizza is their thing. Safety tip: If you are coming from Kingman, the U-turn needed to get in there along Hwy 93 is a doozie...so be careful.
