And in the event that a disc is too damaged, they'll show you exactly what is happening and still let you choose whether or not you want to proceed. The transparency here is extremely appreciated. Something as simple as me wanting to know more about how they fixed another customer's PS5 HDMI port and they showed me everything I needed to know and also gave me tips and tricks for if I ever needed to do it myself. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!…read more Today my boyfriend and I took our kids (ages 16, 14, 13, & 8) to the escape room. It was for our 16-year-old's birthday, so he got to pick which room. He chose The Quest and I felt like it was great for our family's first time. When we walked in, there was someone at the front to get us checked in. Since we signed the waivers online, we didn't have to worry about them at check in. We sat in the front lobby and waited for the room to be prepped. They had two tv monitors in the lobby that showed the different rooms and the leaderboards. Once they were ready for us, they had us put our belongings in a locker and then walked us to the hallway to watch a short video explaining the escape room and the rules. Afterwards, they took us to the room so we could begin. I won't give anything away, but all 6 of us had such a good time! We worked together and figured out the clues. We made it out of the escape room with just 6 minutes to spare, but we were so proud of ourselves. It was our first one and I felt like we did awesome. Once it was over, the door opened and there was someone there to direct us back to the lobby. They offered to give us $7 off each ticket if we purchased some in advance (they are good for a year). We didn't hesitate and bought 6 more tickets. After we got home, they emailed me with our stats. It was fun to see how long it took us and what badges we earned. I think we will definitely do more escape rooms in the future. Every single person in our group had so much fun! If you're thinking about doing an escape room, DO IT!

We were told we would get $110 per console if it wasn't defective. Onyx could not find the Xbox to trade in and had to call her manager. We were told that Xbox did not make a 2TB Xbox; I said they did, and she fought me on it. I said fine. Onyx did not run diagnostics on the consoles. All she did was plug it in to see if they worked. I wasn't going to trade in the controllers, but I was told I had to no matter what, and she put the consoles as defective. I later learned that she was supposed to run diagnostics on the consoles. Needless to say, I was upset. She also kept complaining that she was tired and couldn't function. She didn't even know how to put the batteries in the controllers. She kept putting them backward and said the controllers did not work, so she would have to mark the wholesale as defective. I was confused about that because we have traded in just a console in the past without controllers. She was defensive with me and would not give me back my stuff. As we were getting our final quote, she said she didn't know if she messed up the price, didn't bother to double-check, and then blamed it on the tax. We walked away with $42.26 for both consoles. I called her manager, Nathan, and he told me that Xbox did not make a 2TB for this specific console. Guess what? Nathan, you are not very smart. A dumbass to the highest degree! They did, and they discontinued them. Don't lie to your customers. I was also told nothing could be done since the transaction was over. Nathan was also preoccupied, and I asked him If I was taking him away from something; he told me no but continued not to care what I had to say. I asked if I could speak to his manager, and he told me he would pass on my information. I asked him to repeat what I said because I didn't believe he wrote them down.
