I made a huge mistake going here. I was in a horrible accident and broke my neck in three places and broke my ribs. Not to mention collapsed both lungs. So I saw a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe On their website. My wife decided it would be actually a nice car. Let's go check it out. So I was home from the hospital a few weeks stole with a broken neck and in pretty bad shape, But decided to make the trip anyway. The salesman Isaac told me that the car went through the shop was One of those cars that were exceptional that's why they kept it to sell it. I told them my situation about me destroying my car in a horrible accident I was there in a neck brace with a broken neck. Couldn't really go through the car too well tried to look underneath of it Difficult time because of my broken neck. The warranty originally was going to be for a three months Or 3000 miles whatever came first. And then I should've known right then and there when they changed To one month, even though I was listed as three months right on the car The car was cleaned up nicely started right up no problem Drove decently, but I didn't go real far since it was pretty hard for me to drive with my Broken neck. So we made a deal bought the car anyway taking their word on that the car was in good shape that there was no problems with it. And, I took the car home and it's been nothing but a nightmare since. It's having a transmission problems and I'm losing oil about every 500 miles. I have to put a cord in it and it's been like that right from the beginning. So not only do I have transmission issues. I also have an engine issue and they lied to me about it going through the shop and it was good. This company is very deceitful And the salesman Isaac won't even return my phone calls. I've called and called and called and nobody will ever get back to me. Do yourself a favor do not buy a car from these people. If they can sell car to A person that I just went through a traumatic horrific accident that wasn't what they said it was and be OK with it, then they are about as bad as it gets. What kind of a dealership would actually do that? I was very vulnerable And they took advantage of me I'm going to tell everybody about this Transaction. I wonder how they can look themselves in the mirror and sleep at night. Don't trust them!!!!! In short they lied to me to charge me more using a play on words. Brought my car here for a diagnostic and was told that cost of diagnostic would be waved if repairs were done there. They ended up not finding anything specifically wrong but made recommendations to help with problem. I told them to go ahead, but when it came time to pay they claimed no repairs were made so I had to pay for diagnostic and "services" provided. On top of that their communication is lacking, which is inconvenient when trying plan around work schedule. I hope in the future they can be more straightforward about what they are charging people and communicate accurate assessments of when your vehicle will be ready. Two stars solely for the reason that they did not make us wait long. We looked at a USED 2022. It had almost 12,000 miles on it so definitely not New. The car literally smelled strongly of smoke. They promised they could get the smell out so we thought we would look into purchasing. They would Not compromise on the price at all. They had it priced as a New Car. When i brought it to their attention they completely ignored my comment and said the price is already reduced since the MSRP is 9,000 higher. And my trade... they offered peanuts on it. I took my nissan Sentra here for a simple fix, and it was a huge mistake! To complete the fix, they need to order two parts, and told me that they would call me back when the parts were in. TWO WEEKS LATER, I CALLED THEM and they said the parts were in. When were they going to call me?! so I finally got in to get my car fixed, 3 hrs later, they tell me one of the parts THEY ORDERED was the wrong one?! now I have to wait another Week. (thankfully they called me this time) so for the third time for the same problem, I show up and they still some how forgot to inspect my car( which was the whole point of me coming in the first place). Purchased a Certified Pre-owned Nissan Murano less than two weeks ago from this dealership, which is about two hours away from us. In hindsight, I wish we had pushed for a longer test drive as we were literally directed around the block only. On the long drive home we felt the engine seemed very loud and there was a vibration whenever we weren't pushing hard on the gas. Not wanting to drive so far back to have them look at it, we took it to our local Nissan dealership. They sent us a video showing missing bolts, loose brackets...just a plethora of things under the car that should NOT have passed any inspection, especially a CPO. Hoping they can fix it all with the warranty, but will never be going to Faulkners for any type of vehicle service or purchase, and I advice you don't either. They literally had our trade-in on the website for sale the next day, so I'm sure they didn't do any type of inspection on that before putting it up for sale boasting "New Brakes" off my husband's word that he had replaced them within the last year. They didn't even bother to take our decals off the the window or throw out our hanging air freshener. They are all about money here, not trustworthy at all. I can't see how they have grown into such a successful business. They also sold us an extended warranty that we later discovered we could have gotten for nearly half the price elsewhere. My car was sold to this dealership when I traded in my lease and they never removed my name or my husbands from the owner section of the paperwork when they sold the vehicle. I have received toll violations from both PA EZ Pass and NJ EZ Pass for the vehicle that I NO LONGER own for a new tag that they gave this new owner. Meanwhile the new owner doesn't have to worry about a thing because it is all tied to my name. I finally went in to the dealer to try and get someone to help me and I was directed to Mario, who was absolutely awful to me. Instead of apologizing for no one returning my calls he told me that he can only control what comes to his phone and since i never left a message on his phone, it was my fault. He continued on in a patronizing and intimidating manner - one minute telling me that things weren't in my contract and the next minute telling me that he doesn't know my contract because that's between me and Nissan. My family of 4 and I came in looking for a used car with 3 rows in a specific price range. When we arrived we were greated right away by Holly she she took great care of us. She showed us a used 2014 pathfinder. She was wounderful and made the car buying experience with two hungry anf tired children great. She helped make sure that carseat fit, one of my concerns, and shows us other important features on the car. As we sat down she brought the kids crayons, water and gold fish to keep them occupied while we worked out the details. The next when we came to pick up car the whole team we so nice to us. We were in a hurry and they made sure we were not late for our appointment, but did not make us feel rushed. As we pulled out we noticed there was a chip in the windshield. We called them Monday and the said they would take care of it. When we came to pick it up, they went above and beyond what was required. They replace the whole windshield. Worst company ever! Went for a service and was never advised of any problems until I started to get emails about my "declined" fix (bulb out). The so called manager 'Doug' called after I submitted a complaint and proceeded to talk over me and as I was speaking said 'is there anything else I can assist you with'...no apparently me talking is nothing! After getting the service my vehicle started shaking...took it to a trustworthy mechanic and come to find out they never balanced my tires after rotating, which they proceed to say they don't do this unless asked...I'm sorry but what mechanic would rotate and not balance (I've never had this with any mechanic). My mechanic proceed to mention the lazy job they did and what I had to pay to fix their mess! Never will I trust this place with my SUV nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. read more

I love this car dealership...honest, straight forward, eager to deal, and upfront. We bought 3 cars as a family in one day they were great at dealing with us as we haggled prices discussed options and walked out happy...the 4 stars is because it took 8hours to get that all done. They were also willing to do a cross state lease which apparently the Mazda dealership down road felt was to hard. Loss for Faulkner Mazda gain for Faulkner Nissan. Since then we have used their service department and they are always helpful. They are great at timeliness and making quality recommendations. Although our cars are both under service and warranty I think the location is just perfectly suited for the area and business. 3 years ago I leased a car while living in Memphis. Well, that three years was up and I was due to turn in my lease. I decided to stop into faulkner nissan two weeks ago to begin the test driving experience. My wife has been lightly hinting for years that it was time to leave the sportsy cars in the past and get something more practical for a growing family. After some significant internal wrestling with the thought of getting an SUV, we decided to pursue a nissan pathfinder. Dressed in all black with red socks, Angelo greeted us almost as soon as we walked in. Given his attire, I almost had the strange feeling I would be selling my soul to the devil if I purchased here. Despite the warning signs, we pushed on and I'm glad we did. This was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Angelo was fabulous, the test drive experience was pleasant, and although it took us 6 hours to seal the deal, we did it. The facilities and the people we dealt with were all very nice, and i felt like i got a great deal. I feel as if both parties walked away satisfied. Faulkner Body Works lies and steals, and I'm NOT exaggerating. They had my vehicle to repair it from an accident and ended up causing esthetic damage to the inside. I have photo proof that THEY caused the damage, not the accident. They then charged my insurance company over $1600 for the parts to fix they damages. While it was there for the second round of "repairs," the bastards stole a cargo net out of the back of my car, scratched my hood and scratched the inside of the driver's door. I went at 8:25 AM and they said they can't do in 1 hour. After couple hours, they called my number but did not leave any message. I returned the call, but no one answered. So I left a voice message and gave my number to call me back. Waited for more than two hours, no one called me back. I told them the brakes squeaked and they said nothing was wrong; however, they never drove the car to hear the sound. Also, this was the second time we told them about the brakes. I went to my other garage and the customer service individual stated you really need to drive the car and listen to the sound prior to making any type of decision. When I went to take the car home, the service engine light was still on.
