I called Thelma Friday, 05/09/25 and she didn't know who we were and asked me for my name and phone. She apologized and ask for my information and said she would have it ready Monday, 05/12/25 and said we need to come back in to her office. She didn't even remember what we requested in the Will. I told her I didn't want to do business with her because the service was terrible and requested my money back. She said the $400 was for her time when we came to her office and we were their only 30 minutes. I honestly think she prey on people and take the retainer fee and then cut you off. This is how she makes a living ripping people off. I told her if she can justify and feel like she gave us good service to keep the money. This woman is a con artist. This women deserve 0 star.
