Once the first mylar balloon was blown up I was in shock the sheer size of it and was wondered if they would all fit in the car once done. Stephanie was extremely helpful picking out the colors and put together a great bouquet of balloons. Once all 5 balloons were inflated, 2 mylar and 3 latex, I was able to carefully get them into the car. The balloons were a great addition to my dogs birthday photos! I am looking forward to doing more business at this adorable little shop in the future. Oh, regarding the previous review where the balloons didn't stay inflated. Located at the upscale Fountains @ Roseville, this particular location has been in operation dating back to mid-2015. Surprisingly, this is a nationwide business with over 125 brick-and-mortar retail stores (as of 2025) but this is the one and only location in the greater Sacramento area. The overall layout and square footage of this place is a pretty decent size. During my visit which was on the afternoon of Sunday 7/27/2025 at around 3:30pm, there were about 2 employees that were helpful and greeted me as soon as I came in. They also have very generous hours of operation being open Monday through Saturday from 10am-8pm and Sunday from 10am-7pm. Not to mention, their website is very impressive with a ton of items that can't be found in their retail stores. Much of the merchandise found here specializes in greeting cards, journals, planners, wedding invitations, announcements, gift wrap, paper craft kits, party supplies, and much more. There are also a ton of novelty items that includes stuffed toys, mugs, and "themed" items depending on what season it is. I came here during the heart of summer so I saw a ton of beachy merchandise throughout the store. The best way to describe the products here is similar to what you will find in a Hallmark Store but on a much different scale. All in all, "Paper Source" is a great above-average alternative to your average arts & crafts store. I saw a ton of interesting merchandise for everyday use as well as products that are more novelty-based. With an eclectic and unique assortment of stationary products, I am giving Paper Source a respectable four-star rating.

I called on 3 separate occasions about a status update for when our delivery would arrive, no one called me back. I had to call back each time. I confirmed several time, even the day before our event that delivery would be between 10am-12pm. Our event was at 3pm and they arrived a few mins before 3pm. We had to have our employees help us set up because they were so late to the event. No one apologized, no one cared. I wouldn't book with this company again.

I was absolutely disgusted to see one of this company's large delivery trucks parked across FOUR…read moredisabled parking spaces at a school during pickup time. Not one space. FOUR. These spots exist for a reason. They are there for disabled parents, disabled students, wheelchair access, mobility vans, walkers, and families who physically cannot park far away and safely load their children. Because of this truck, disabled families were forced to scramble for parking and walk farther in a crowded pickup area unnecessarily. What makes this even worse is the size of the truck and how obvious the violation was. There is no chance the driver "didn't notice." The truck completely occupied multiple clearly marked handicap spaces and access areas. This isn't just inconsiderate -- it shows a complete lack of respect for disabled people and basic public decency. Schools during pickup are already chaotic enough without businesses deciding accessibility laws and common courtesy don't apply to them. If a company is willing to inconvenience disabled families this casually in public, it says a lot about their professionalism and judgment. Do better.

The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating.
