Once the first mylar balloon was blown up I was in shock the sheer size of it and was wondered if they would all fit in the car once done. Stephanie was extremely helpful picking out the colors and put together a great bouquet of balloons. Once all 5 balloons were inflated, 2 mylar and 3 latex, I was able to carefully get them into the car. The balloons were a great addition to my dogs birthday photos! I am looking forward to doing more business at this adorable little shop in the future. Oh, regarding the previous review where the balloons didn't stay inflated. Located at the upscale Fountains @ Roseville, this particular location has been in operation dating back to mid-2015. Surprisingly, this is a nationwide business with over 125 brick-and-mortar retail stores (as of 2025) but this is the one and only location in the greater Sacramento area. The overall layout and square footage of this place is a pretty decent size. During my visit which was on the afternoon of Sunday 7/27/2025 at around 3:30pm, there were about 2 employees that were helpful and greeted me as soon as I came in. They also have very generous hours of operation being open Monday through Saturday from 10am-8pm and Sunday from 10am-7pm. Not to mention, their website is very impressive with a ton of items that can't be found in their retail stores. Much of the merchandise found here specializes in greeting cards, journals, planners, wedding invitations, announcements, gift wrap, paper craft kits, party supplies, and much more. There are also a ton of novelty items that includes stuffed toys, mugs, and "themed" items depending on what season it is. I came here during the heart of summer so I saw a ton of beachy merchandise throughout the store. The best way to describe the products here is similar to what you will find in a Hallmark Store but on a much different scale. All in all, "Paper Source" is a great above-average alternative to your average arts & crafts store. I saw a ton of interesting merchandise for everyday use as well as products that are more novelty-based. With an eclectic and unique assortment of stationary products, I am giving Paper Source a respectable four-star rating.

They were 3 hours late to set up for our event and no one called to let us know that they were running late. I called on 3 separate occasions about a status update for when our delivery would arrive, no one called me back. I had to call back each time. I confirmed several time, even the day before our event that delivery would be between 10am-12pm. Our event was at 3pm and they arrived a few mins before 3pm. We had to have our employees help us set up because they were so late to the event. No one apologized, no one cared. I wouldn't book with this company again.

Everything had to be delivered to two sites 100 miles from their store and the deliveries were on time and the delivery people were very willing to drop the items where we needed them. Afterwards the host called my daughter's name through a megaphone and asked all guests to head over to the party room. Party room was 50 minutes. Our party package included 1 X-Large Cheese and 1 X-Large Pepperoni pizza with 15 juice pouches. We ordered one additional pepperoni pizza and a 2 Liter Dr.Pepper for a reasonable price! They use Pizza Guys as their pizza vendor, which we've tried before and love! Party room was so organized with everything we've brought and the host made sure to hand sanitize everyone's hands. He served the pizza with gloves and the service from him was fantastic! Afterwards he served our cupcakes and goody bags! My daughter opened up all her gifts and towards the end of the party we still had about 10 minutes left so the kids were able to play a bit more. Host also puts all of your left over decorations, food, drinks, gifts into the cart so that you can take it outside to load back into the car. Highly recommend having a birthday party here! Host does everything so that parents have time to speak to everyone, host was very organized and helpful, kids had a blast playing, and host cleans up everything afterwards! I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating.
