I asked the white receptionist for information about how to do that, and she patronized me. She ignored everything I had to say. Instead, she talked about discounts on dental treatment and about purchasing dental insurance through my employer. A second white lady had to step in. She also was useless in explaining how to get dental insurance. I had a simple question: How do I get dental insurance? This company failed to answer that, and instead fed me lies. I walked away disappointed because I had enough of their wasting my time.

The hygienists are pleasant, keeping my kids calm by explaining everything they are going to do. The dentist they see is super friendly and personable, she has a great rapport with them. My kids have come here for cleanings, cavity fillings and slightly more complicated things. EXTREMELY unprofessional…read more we came in today for a SCHEDULED extraction for our toddler who had an injury and broke her tooth. we knew our options and wanted to proceed with the extraction. the dentist was doing everything he could to talk us out of leaving because "he was backed up and his hygienist was behind" he wanted us to wait until our daughter was in pain to come back and asked if we could schedule next week even though he STATED that his professional opinion is that the tooth needs to come out because it's fractured. To which my response was "what will change next week? it's not that you don't think our extraction is necessary, you're pushing us out so you can work with easier and fast patients. that's unethical" we literally were having it out in the office because I'm also a healthcare provider and told him that the way he was treating us was unethical. it wasn't our fault his hygienist was out and that pushing us out when you know she needs the extraction is highly unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and I will be filling a complaint against his license. these people prey on people they believe don't know any better. and unfortunately for them, I do. He isn't the only one who is a medical provider and understands healthcare ethics. run.

I just moved to the area and my child doesn't have a dentist yet. Unfortunately he chipped a tooth so I came across this dentist because they say on their website they offer emergency care. However when they called they said they only way for me to get an appointment would be to make a appointment for a cleaning and full exam. Unfortunately it hasn't quite been six months since his last exam so I wasn't sure if my insurance would cover the cleaning yet. When I described the problem again they told me if I didn't do the cleaning I couldn't get an appointment until February. Obviously with a chipped tooth you shouldn't wait that long to receive any care--and honestly their staff should be telling people that so that the child's tooth doesn't get more damaged. I'm totally fine if they just didn't have an opening (and in fact we ended up finding a really nice office). However, I just think they should remove the claim from their website that they do emergency dental care because based on my conversation with them they basically don't.

In addition I was promised I would receive a call the next day and I never did. 7 days later I called to request a copy of my bill be emailed and 1:30 later still no receipt. I called a 2nd time and got a lot of lip service and a 2nd request for a copy of the bill to be emailed and never got it. Mind you this isn't a practice understaffed by any means...in fact there were about 5 people sitting at the front desk area. Called a 3rd time for a copy of the bill which i never received and the practice was closed for the day. I'm not one to right reviews at all. In fact I work in a customer service related industry and I understand the influence these reviews can have on a businesses, however in this case the overall customer service was so poor I felt obligated to share this in an effort to hope inform future clients but also hope that the owner/investors in this practice make sure this type of thing doesn't happen in the again.
