From the moment we were called back, the assistant was incredibly rude. He didn't let my other kids come back with us and had me leave them alone in the waiting room. He asked what my child eats in a very judgmental tone, and then made a snarky comment implying that cavities are caused by "too much McDonald's," which felt unnecessary and insulting. On top of that, they wanted to redo X-rays we had already completed just a week prior, which felt like poor planning. If they needed new images, that should have been communicated before making me come in, instead of wasting our time. The whole experience left me feeling uneasy and judged rather than supported as a parent. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this office to other families looking for a kind, professional environment.

When you first enter Kids First you definitely get the vibes that this is a kid-centric business. From the fish tank to the colors to the arcade game in the lobby. My kids felt at ease right away. Both of my kids are able to get their cleanings at the same time. The dentist then sees them one after the other to keep our visits as short as possible. The hygienists are pleasant, keeping my kids calm by explaining everything they are going to do. The dentist they see is super friendly and personable, she has a great rapport with them. My kids have come here for cleanings, cavity fillings and slightly more complicated things. Each has been made as easy as possible thanks to the excellent people that work at Kids First Pediatric Dentistry. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

I called a 2nd time and got a lot of lip service and a 2nd request for a copy of the bill to be emailed and never got it. Mind you this isn't a practice understaffed by any means...in fact there were about 5 people sitting at the front desk area. Called a 3rd time for a copy of the bill which i never received and the practice was closed for the day. I'm not one to right reviews at all. In fact I work in a customer service related industry and I understand the influence these reviews can have on a businesses, however in this case the overall customer service was so poor I felt obligated to share this in an effort to hope inform future clients but also hope that the owner/investors in this practice make sure this type of thing doesn't happen in the again.

Dr. Chung and his team have been absolutely phenomenal. They've never recommended anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. They will talk you through everything and keep things very honest with you. The team does a great job of being on time with your appointment. They even call and text a couple of days before to remind you that you have an appointment. The office might be a little tricky to find. It's in the Lambeth House. Enter the doorway, call them on the box, and the doors will unlock. They're located on the first floor. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Thanks for all the quality care!

He was very dismissive of the bone loss showing up in my x ray and kept saying let's see in 6 months. He barely even looked in my mouth. I decided to get a second opinion. The oral surgeon was appalled and informed me I need to have the implant removed and get a bone graft. No amount of "gum massaging" is going to solve my problem. I would not trust Dr. Chung with my oral care and I am finding a new dentist immediately.

Since the development of new advances in cosmetic dentistry I researched the named experts in this field. I decided upon Dr. Haywood since he had an excellent reputation and years of experience. He took a lot of time with me during my consultation since I had a lot of questions. He was very down to earth, respected what I had to say, and really listened. Never has he made me feel rushed. After my consultation, I was impressed with the newest techniques and procedures he described that would be utilized to make a replacement. He offered several options and I decided on the one that I felt would be the most beneficial to me and achieve a pleasing look to the eye. There was incentive for paying in full, but certainly other financial arrangements could be made. Let me say, with no reservations, Dr. Haywood is a caring, cosmetic surgeon with a great dental chair manner. His staff is friendly, efficient and my appointments were made to blend with my work schedule. The office and dental rooms are pristine. I felt completely comfortable during the procedures. Each service as it was being performed was explained, so I had a clear understanding of where, why and what was happening. The entire process was completed within the proposed schedule. After the success of my bridge replacement, I decided to continue with Dr. Haywood for my regular preventative dental appointments.
