The office is so big, clean and welcoming. You automatically feel comfortable as soon as you walk in and get a calming vibe. We had the sweetest assistant who was so kind to me and my son. Dr Kwak is absolutely amazing. It feels like you're talking with a friend. She was so sweet to my son, you just know your child is in good hands with her. Their schedule is really tight and there is little room for flexibility. With our drive being 50 minutes, not everyone in the office is understanding of accidents or traffic along the way. They have threatened to send us home for 12 minutes. Allow a lot of extra time and have breakfast in the parking lot : ) and you will be fine.
