The response time is abysmal, and is sometimes outsourced to outside of the office, meaning frequently you will spend upwards of 30 minutes just to speak to somebody. The advice, treatment options and attention to detail from staff and doctors here is very, very poor. The delays I have experienced in treatment here have caused additional injury, and when I have been able to speak with my doctor he was only able to spend about 5 minutes assessing me, and then of all referred me to an ultrasound, rather than an MRI, which I crucially needed. Avoid this location.

The Providence Immediate Care Clinic on Scholls Ferry Rd has been a reliable and trusted source of care for my family. You can set a time to come in or simply show up with no appointment. We have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff, medical assistants, and doctors are all very attentive. Visits are addressed very quickly/efficiently, but we alao never feel rushed. I have chronic pain and complex conditions. They always show me respect when I am trying to suss out how to approach a nagging issue until I can see my specialists or PCP. Sometimes all I need is an ear and to make sure I'm okay, and they do just that. My son has asthma and severe allergies during seasonal changes. It's never been an issue coming in every three months to talk about another flare up and how to manage it until we can see his PCP. Bonus points for location! Oil change and car wash in the same lot. Coffee and donuts across the street. A block east there is a Rite Aid, a Whole Foods, Dollar Tree, Burgerville , and McMenamins.

Yes, sometimes you have to wait for an appointment longer than you like especially during the pandemic and cold/flu season which affects everyone, including their staff. But Providence and especially this Scholls Facility has delivered constant quality care for me and my family. Worse customer service ever…read more I had an appointment at 10:30 for over a month, on my way to the clinic from the other side of town I received a notification that my appointment was canceled when I was just arriving early to my appointment. The person in reception told me I was wrong and there was nothing she could do. My appointment was setup by her initially and she said 10:30 and I wrote it down in front of her 6 weeks before. Worse customer service. Won't return here. I was no more than 15 minutes late if it was at 9:30. I drove over an hour and I explained this to the receptionist. Nothing matters to this person. What a lack of empathy and willingness to serve the community. I would suggest this person finds a better more suitable job. And by the way my appointment was at 10:30

I've been under the care of a specialist now for several years. We are working on it but, alas, it is still there. This Dr, did not seem sure what to do in any instance I presented to him. When he was not in, I saw his colleagues which were not much better. I'd like to find something redeeming about this Dr., but I'm sorry don't put yourself through something like this. He's a nice guy and he'll tell you you're too fat but compared to him we all are. Proceed with caution.

I was so hopeful to have this practice be what I needed. I saw so many great reviews of Dr. K but I…read moreended up scheduling with Dr. Tennant since her availability was sooner. On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

I told him, according to the previous ND i went for free consultation said that I need to consume a bunch of different stuff a week before the taking food sensitivity test otherwise the results won't show whether she is sensitive to the food or not. Dr. K said otherwise. After my daughter took the test, sure enough the only food that shows the results was the food that she eats regularly. Very disappointed. We were not able to identify what food she was sensitive to. Base on this experienced, me and my husband decided not to see him anymore for lack of this knowledge and not sure if he was able to treat my daughter.
