I saw a photo on line of the arrangement I chose ahead of time, but figured for $80, it should be a decent size. I was completely wrong. The arrangement was not much bigger than a mug style arrangement you could get at a grocery store and really not any nicer. I was very disappointed in the cost and let the store employees know. An employee there told me that the cost of everything has tripled and the vase I requested was $35 by itself. I found the same exact vase on Teleflora for $18. And the same EXACT arrangement with roses (there were no roses in my arrangement) for $50.99. I could have had the arrangement delivered for $30 less than what I paid at the store and picked up myself. On top of that, I said it was for a birthday at least twice. But she asked if I needed a card, and i said I would at least like that to be included, she gave me a Valentine's card. I should have looked before I left the store, but I am still very disappointed. I will not use this florist again.

When I picked the up the vase, I got an armful of cold water as the vase had been overfilled and I was given no warning. The spillage continued in my truck all over the console as I wasnt given a small box to carry the attangenment in as I have been at virtually every other shop Ive made a similar purchase at. I paid $90 out the door and it should have been closer to $60 given the small size of the arrangement and only two (2) lilies among all the other cheaper filler flowers. Two thumbs down.

Having a venue that was very hands-off would of stressed me out without the details that they offered. I loved my color board/flower board virtually shown and we worked together seamlessly until the near end, when I needed her to carry the torch to the finish line. The arrangement that my sister received was nowhere close to what I ordered. I understand that florists sometimes have to make substitutions...but this is arrangement was laughably far from what I paid for. Please see the photos! I called the florist to ask what they could do. They said there's a disclaimer on their site that they don't have to make what you ordered. I've ordered flowers many, many times before and never had issues to this extent. The florist refused to remake the arrangement or to give me a refund. What a terrible experience and so sad that this florist would take advantage of people in grief. I recommend you avoid this florist at all costs.
