My car was towed to their shop and kept for over four months, only to return with new problems they caused, including a gas leak, missing undercarriage, and a turbo cover that was never replaced. I had to bring my car back several times for issues they created. My cover to my engine was left off and the under carriage cover was not place on properly and cause it to drag causing more problems. Despite claiming the work was under warranty, they refuse to honor it and will not return my calls. I have called from other phone numbers and the owner Justin answers and have lied to me several times that he'll get back to me and never does. My car not drivable and has been for months now due to the poor workmanship, missing parts, and total lack of accountability. This has caused me enormous stress, financial hardship, and frustration. I trusted them based on a CarShield referral, and the experience has been completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid Pro Touch Auto in Fayetteville at all costs.
