He did not keep and show us any broken parts which is the norm for other shops. Charged for an oil filter... THIS BIKE DOES NOT HAVE AN OIL FILTER?!!!!!! Numerous parts hand tightened and scary loose, very very very dangerous. We now have other issues from parts that were removed and are very nervous to even ride it Now.
