Best experience we have had buying any used vehicle. I would drive the three hours again just to feel like I was being dealt with fairly.

You have quick access off Hwy 153 to put you in a good mood from the start, and you're pushing out to sea a couple minutes later. All the normal amenities you'd expect at a gated boathouse, minus the hustle and bustle as you embark hassle-free. It costs a little more monthly, but upside is you have a spot versus the waiting list at the cheaper places down the bay. You'll probably want to head elsewhere for repairs, but for normal operations it's the most convenient around. Happy boating.

He told he would get to it in two to three days and would need it for two to three days. After 2 weeks I called and left messages when the voice mailbox wasn't full. Nobody ever returned my calls. At the 3 week point I did reach Paul and he said he just started on it that day. When I questioned why it was taking so long for what I was told would be do much sooner Paul, he would load it back on the trailer and I could come pick it up in the morning then and refused to explain any further. I then called Kevin to complain, and he said he would look into it. The only water it was put on was the pond on the Duckett site. I did ask to have them fix it as I wanted to get my boat back ASAP. It took over 3 weeks to get my boat back just to be told the issue was not fixed. To confirm I took it out the same day I picked it up on 3/21/2026 and the alarm came in within 5 minutes. I was told it never came on when they had in the pond. It was never put on the lake to test at the rpm I told them about. After taking the boat out the day I picked it up the alarm kept coming in the entire day. The engine also started to become sluggish when coming out of the hole and seems to have a vibration possibly. I emailed Kevin about this, and he never returned my email me or tried to reach out either. There is something really lacking in the service my boat received. I will never go back to this dealership or service department.

Apparently the boat must have been sitting and the better fuel was a level in the tank when we test drove and the contaminated fuel wasn't apparent until it got stirred up.Buck's Island also had performed a 300 hour service before we left. They stood behind what they sold.I will drive there again when I need another boat .Mark Hanna.
