He drew up a complete set of plans and met with the proposed contractor and me to finalize the build. The contractor hired the plumber, electrician and sheet rock subs. Chris coordinated the bids for the quarts countertops. Once the builder permits were pulled, the project progressed smoothly and effortlessly. We had interviewed a few other firms that were basically acting as "Yes Men" just replying in the affirmative for any suggestions that we made. That is not what we wanted. We are not kitchen designers and don't necessarily know what works well together. We asked Jackie to be honest with us and we are glad that we did. Her suggestions were spot on and resulted in a spectacular remodel. The work done by GSC was great with solid attention to detail. All of the subs (plumbing, granite, drywall) were all excellent as well. All very nice and respectful. No issues with their work and we felt very comfortable with them in our house. They were amazing and I am so happy with the work. My family room is beautiful! They did what we wanted at a price better than quoted by competitors, they've been super responsive when we had questions and patient when we took some time to figure things out or when life was so busy we didn't see emails from them. The installers were on time and completed the work in one day instead of two and on top of that they were incredibly kind to my dog. He loved them!
