My husband called on Monday at 4:00 was assured he'd get a call by 9:00 am on Tuesday to let us know the price and what he could get us. No guarantees we could get it all in 6' lengths. We still haven't gotten a call back. No worries! They ended up saving us money by not calling us. My husband went to Watertown for a job and stopped in at F.D Sterrit Lumber Company. They had just sold all the cedar they had, but ordered us some 6' lengths and it is ready for pick up just 3 days later and they called!!

I had ordered 10 yards of sand to be delivered on a Monday. Never was delivered, called Tuesday…read moremorning at 7:30 when they opened, no answer. Called back at 8:00 finally someone picked up. Asked when my sand was going to be delivered, told it was on its way. 10:00 still no sand, meantime I have a bobcat rented for the day just sitting there. 11:00 I called back still no sand, the women being very snippy to me was told it will be there when it gets there. To make a long story short, I canceled the order, sent the bobcat back. Then got my sand from another company for half the price. I will never go back to them for any landscaping projects, and I am spreading the word to everyone I know! The money I saved on sand I can rent the bobcat for another day.
