I have been rehabbing homes for years and have used the big box home supply company or a local kitchen design house. With every kitchen project there was often{ my wife always say} a problem that would come up.It was a door missing ,wrong size cab, etc. When I reported the problem it would take forever to hear back from them and then wait way too long to get the problem fixed. Traci designed the kitchen, and then came out on a site visit to help me redesign to enlarge the open space. The cabinets arrived right on schedule. On our new-kitchen journey we came to IKEA, Home Depot, Lowes and ended at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Salem NH. We noticed some mediocre reviews but had been pleasantly surprised: Our kitchen designer Allison Lockard helped us in this project from start to finish. She is not one of those associates who took a one-week design class and have watched some videos, she knows her stuff from the ground up you notice this as soon as you start working with her. With her the whole process was very easy for us and she was patient and always listening to all our change requests. During this she took care of design issues other competitors did not even not notice. The delivery and install was on time and she personally appeared twice during the installation to check that everything is right. She resolved all remaining issues which normally show up during those projects and delivered a perfect solution. I am very happy with the service I received from Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Salem. Julie was extremely helpful. She showed me different cabinet options for the 2 kitchen renovations I was working on, and provided me with color samples so I could see how the color would look in the kitchen space during the daytime. I was able to pick the white color that looks best with the grey/beige walls. The delivery went great. Right on schedule. The 2 kitchen orders were delivered at the same time. The delivery went well, and all of the boxes were placed in the correct kitchen. We visited Norfolk at the recommendation of our builder Ryan and Son Carpentry. From the first visit to the finished product, we have been nothing but happy with the product. We decided to go with the Showplace line. These cabinets are wonderful. Any and all little issues have been addressed, things like door with a finish that was not acceptable was replaced, no questions asked. The designer did a fantastic job with suggestions and options. We just finished building our second home and our second kitchen designed by Jen at Norfolk kitchens. It is simply beautiful and absolutely everything I dreamed of. While it is stunning to look at the functionality is the highlight. The spacing and dimensions are perfect. From the distance between the sink or oven and island to the sizing of various cabinets to the two tier height in the island, it is perfect. Jen has such a keen eye it all flows great and we modeled our island off one in the showroom and the quartz in all the bathrooms was "stolen" from her use of it in her desk. After ordering the cabinets and countertops the manufacturer of the cabinets was delayed in getting us the cabinets due to Covid 19. Jennifer immediately called us to change to an upgraded cabinet that could be delivered on time at no additional cost. Everything went smoothly and we got a great kitchen on time.
