I was bewildered why she would say something so hateful because our interaction with her previously was so benign . I was LIVID and approached him to tell him we were NOT buying anything and outside told him what happened . I couldn't leave without going back in to explain to the checkout lady exactly why we left and to inform the ugly woman how unnecessary and unappreciated her remarks were .
