Hands down one of the best, if not thee best bakery in the area and possibly the entire state! Sourdough is having a moment right now and I'm so happy that this establishment uses sourdough for most if not all of their baked goods. It brings that tang and that fermentation that I love. I've tried a lot of things here and will continue to keep trying all of their baked goods :) You have to visit this place!

Top notch everything! From the ambiance to the service, the quality and taste of the food, this sweet little bake house is stellar! The interior is light and airy and they make good use of the space. Ordering in one room and places to eat and another (there's also outside seating with cute umbrellas, but it was too hot outside so we opted to stay inside). The person taking our order at the counter was kind and answered all of our questions. There were several pastries on display and all looked heavenly. I ordered a spiced pear grilled cheese with turkey.... It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Like EVER! So fresh and flavorful, and the sourdough was fluffy and amazing. We all shared an Apple fritter too which was a great call. Sweet, fluffy, and just the right amount of spice. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner and one of her daughters and she was so kind! Took a picture of our party and talked with us for a few minutes. This place is special and we are very excited to come back again!

I visited Knead on a total whim - they've been on my list for a while, and I just so happened to be driving by in the morning! My Ham Breakfast Sandwich was DIVINE. You can tell they source only the best ingredients and have truly honed the craft of bread. The sandwich was nothing crazy or out of the ordinary, but it didn't have to be with such high quality ingredients. Also, they get major props for not charging extra for oat milk. The staff were super friendly, and I was served very fast - they give you a number to take to your table. The space is very bright, airy, and modern. Their pastry case was filled with treats, and they had a small collection of goods from local businesses. I can't wait to come back!

I have been here before to get some sourdough starter to make my own goodies at home but this past weekend I brought my sister and picked up some goodies this past weekend! Even though we got our food to go, there is some seating available to eat your delicious treats in house after ordering at the counter. The staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We tried some one of their freshly made baguettes, cinnamon rolls, almond croissant, chocolate chip cookie as well as both the bacon and ham breakfast sandwiches. Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with why you try here! Highly recommend

Love KNEAD! From their house made dressing and chicken salad to their yummy sourdough pastries they're an easy weekend favorite for us. They also have breakfasts sandwiches and cinnamon rolls on the weekend. Definitely stop by and give them a try.

Why didn't we try Knead sooner! Omg everything was tried was to die for! The sour dough is sooo good. The seasonal turkey sandwich we shared was delicious, the kolache was great! The sour dough donut was SO GOOD! Not pictured - my chai latte was amazing. Quick service, cute restaurant. Love love love.

YUM. I have been wanting to try this spot for a while after it was recommended by a friend and wow are the treats incredible! The coffee was a little overpriced for an iced coffee, but the orange cardamom syrup was delightful. The staff made this spot feel unbelievably welcoming. I truly felt like I was walking into a friends home. I had no idea this space was so big and I wish I had brought my work so I could have spent more time here. I am looking forward to coming back in the future for lunch!

Cute bakery/cafe, perfect for a brunch date with the wife! We tried a sausage breakfast sandwich, turkey cheddar sandwich and a chocolate stout cake. Hot coffee and iced London fog to drink. Everything was tasty and the drinks were delicious. Bread was great, of course! Decor is all grain themed and there are gold accents through the place. Very nice! Lots of seating inside and a few outside. Table seemed to turn quickly, but since there's always people coming in, the tables never seem to get a good chance to get wiped down. We took care of ours with some napkins, but a Clorox wipe would have been a nice option. Great food, quick service, cute decor! Looking forward to coming back and trying other options soon!

If you are able to get up early and come to knead they have a great ambiance! Convenient parking in front of store front and quick/friendly service! The food is always amazing, totally made with love.

An absolutely amazing spot! Off the main road you will first see the Knead truck indicating you are in the right place. We were greeted upon entry and the staff were clearly passionate and knowledgeable about their offerings. Everything is made in house and is sour dough-based. They work with other local vendors for ingredients and have a small store on the side with other items such as their jarred apple butter. The options for baked goods are plentiful and I knew once we stepped in that we'd be coming back in the future. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches which were on their fresh brioche buns with local eggs, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and aioli. Hands down the best breakfast sandwich that I've had in the STL area so far! We were between the cinnamon roll and the Nutella croissant but was told the cinnamon roll is a best seller. The cinnamon roll had a tanginess from the sourdough which made for an amazing taste. Not too "doughy" as cinnamon rolls often are -- it had a nice volume and fluffiness. The coffee is from a local roaster and is a necessary buy! I'm always happy when a shop is offering something local other than the dominant Kaldis! They newly opened a beautiful cafe spot allowing for you to sit and enjoy your treats. After our experience we texted our friends that day to make the trip! Grateful for local good eats!

Yummy treats, haven't tried all of it yet but what we have had so far is delicious. Sister in law recommended it to us. We are from out of town. Kind staff, packaging nice. Clean front and dining area.

Been wanting to get to knead for a while now and it did not disappoint. I must admit, I missed out on the full experience because I was just grabbing a coffee and doing some sunday morning journaling. Nonetheless, the place is wonderful. Their breakfast sandwiches look immaculate. And, they were churning out sourdough. I made the mistake of not getting a cinnamon roll, perhaps next weekend. The workers were all kind and got food/drinks out quickly. There isn't indoor seating, but it was the perfect day for a seat on their patio. Lots of folks out enjoying a sunday coffee. The vibes were superb. I need to get back soon to actually sample some of the baked goods. Once again, the cinnamon rolls look DIVINE!

Order at the counter and they deliver to your table. All recyclable materials that are used to eat. Plenty of seating in the dining area. The French toast was a thick slab of sourdough served crispy on the edges. A Dallin or orange marmalade and made from scratch cream. It was tangy and delicious. Coffee was drip and served to your specifications. Found by accident and glad I did.

Roast Beef, horseradish aioli, white cheddar, red onion on a poppy seed challah, oh my. On this day, they had something on the sweet side that caught my eye, a blueberry cream cheese Danish. I am not much of a sweet eater, hence the Roast Beef sandwich love but every once in a while, there is a sweet treat that I really love and this was one of those times! It was sweet, flaky, and delicious! I had a taste in the car and would have had another 1/4 after the sandwich but I ate the whole thing, I just couldn't stop. I hope they do and hope they don't have this more often!

I enjoyed a Smoked Ham and Gruyere Croissant and a black coffee in house. I was to have a seat at the counter in their front window and relax while my dogs were at the doggie spa up the street. The croissant was super-super flakey and the smoked ham paired beautifully with the gruyere cheese. I couldn't come to NRB and not take home a couple of sweet treats. My favorite treat was the Raspberry Lemon Financier. It was so good the next morning with my home brewed coffee. Then that evening I enjoyed a Lemon Cake whose name I cannot recall. It exceeded moistness and the strong lemon flavor was just what I like. In addition to my treats, I got a Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie for my fur-babies pet stylist as part of her tip. My only dislike and it's minor, is that they serve Kaldi's Coffee. I'm glad they are supporting another local small business, but I am not a fan of their product. Typically when I know a cafe serves Kaldi's, I pass on the coffee, but I made an exception here.
