We have started to come here after baseball practice and the staff is always so kind and polite! They take great care of us. There is one specific girl that might be a manager that truly goes above and beyond to show kindness and make it a smooth, quick and enjoyable experience! We love how quickly they get the food out to us as well. It's always fresh, hot and fast! We appreciate that so much after a long afternoon of practice. if i could leave zero stars i would. place was packed with workers and only one other family eating and they only gave us one out of the two orders we were supposed to have. then, when told they didn't give us our correct amount of food they looked annoyed because they had to give us what we paid for. also the one food they did give us wasn't even right either. they gave us chicken fettuccine without the chicken... they even looked at the ticket to make sure what we had!! also said they gave us "extra breadsticks " for messing up but they gave us the same amount we were supposed to have in the first place. 10/10 do NOT recommend. read more

Fazoli's is the best Italian restaurant with the BEST spaghetti in the city of Warner Robins, GA since the cafe was opened only a few years ago (around 2018?). As a longtime pasta lover, I have always ordered my favorite Marinara spaghetti with the roasted garlic mushrooms. The garlic breads are very delicious with the Mariana spaghetti! Food was okay however the customer service was absolute and unacceptable. I brought my 8 year autistic grandson with me to have a nice outing, but unfortunately our experience was ruined and ended in my grandson crying after someone named something like "Cerul" ?? was extremely impatient and rude with him. My grandson has trouble in public and with social skills and this experience made him even more uncomfortable with going out. He ended up not eating eventually started crying and we had to leave, thank you to "Cerul". I would've spoken with the manager but I didn't want to cause any more of a scene, plus everyone working there seems to be INEXPERIENCED and too young to know how to properly serve customers. Overall, this was a terrible experience, which could've been okay if it wasn't for this one employee. The ambiance was fine and again, my food was just okay. I was thrilled to see a new restaurant opening close by. I went a day or two after the grand opening and felt pretty meh about my food. The food was salty and there wasn't a lot of sauce. I think I had the ultimate fettuccine. I have gone a few more times since then. I have eaten the Italian sub and lasagne. My children seem to like the spaghetti. I really want to like the food but I just find it to be mediocre at best. read more

I had an awesome experience on Thurs Aug 6 in this store. Most fast food restaurants are lackluster to say the least. All the employees were professional and courteous, most of them young adults. I was amazed at how many times they came by to ask if I needed anything. Several were busy cleaning the lobby. I especially appreciated the attention to detail by Tyesha and John. I had Tyesha call Jennifer the manager over. I told her what a great experience I had had in her restaurant that night. Many people are quick to complain but no one gives praise where it is due. That kind of precision is being taught by the manager from there on down. Food was great too. I miss the manicotti though. But the new baked fettucine and ravioli combo is good. read more

The Alfredo was a bit bland. Some more salt, garlic butter and cheese would have helped. But I can whip up tastier Alfredo at home for less price. Had decent food and decent prices, but I come here for the awesome breadsticks. However, the last few times I have been here with my family, we haven't been given many. I sat in the restaurant and was not offered a breadstick the entire time after we got our meals. I asked if I could get some to go, since we were never offered any and they said they would have to charge me. Disappointing. read more

Gosh, what a difference just a month can make. Dropped back in the local Fazoli's again this past weekend, and found a completely new set of faces working behind the counter. That *should* have told me to turn around and leave, but I didn't. Service was friendly enough, but slow, and once we got our meals brought out, no one even bothered asking if we wanted any parmesan grated on them (the only other group in the restaurant got theirs without having to ask). We only had the one set of bread sticks brought out (when we first sat down); no one brought any more to us. We tried a couple of different menu items this time around. My chicken carbonara should have been listed as garlic carbonara (the flavor wouldn't have been a bit different if they had replaced the roasted chunks of chicken with cloves of garlic); the rest of the dish was almost entirely tasteless (well, except the broccoli florets which had that nasty freezer flavor). The wife's chicken parmesan was okay, but nothing to write home about (I ended up eating most of that because I can't hack as much garlic as the carbonara had). The two slices of pepperoni pizza we tried were okay, but completely unseasoned (could have used some freshly ground cheese if anyone had bothered bringing some out to us). The bread sticks were still good, and the Pibb in the drink machine still tasted fine, but the rest of it was pretty much a waste of time. At least it was cheap, but jeez... read more
