The service and the people are terrible. I went through the drive-through got a sandwich and two coffees. The person who took my order was rude. But it just got worse from there. The first coffee the lid wasn't on correct so it popped off as she was handing it to me burnt my hands. Then she tried to get me to keep that coffee and hand me the next one while I've got burning coffee all over me. I had to insist that she take the coffee back and get me napkins. I ordered this "large" "iced" coffee in the drive trough with several cars ahead of me at 8:09 am and it took over 20 minutes for me to receive my order. I checked in at the speaker and was asked to pull around. Once I reached the second window I was asked to pull into one of the parking spots and that my order would be out shortly. I waited patiently-for 20 minutes- when a nice young man brought my drink. This "large iced" coffee was a MEDIUM cup (clearly labeled on the cup) and was warm and I can only assume they brewed hot coffee over a cup of ice and rushed it out after forgetting about me. There were coffee grounds in the bottom. I would have preferred a plain hot coffee over this mess. This location disappoints time and time again. GET NEW MANAGEMENT! read more

I have ordered through the McDonald's app many times, but for some reason when I use this specific location, I get completely forgotten about. I've waited up to 30 minutes before only to find out their system was down and everybody was outside warning only the drive thru. Speaking of their system being down, it's been down the last few times I've gone through the drive thru. It sucks because this location is only a couple minutes away, but they're consistently crappy. I worked for McDonald's more than 50 years ago. Yesterday, at about 5:23 pm, I saw something that would make Mr. Ray Kroc roll over in his grave. I walked into Mcdonalds at the corner of Huston Lake Road and SR96 in Warner Robbins, GA. I stood at the counter and waited to give some nice, enterprising crew member my order. I waited, one minute...two minutes...three minutes, and no one took my order. Another gentlemen, older than I, got in line behind me and waited with me. We waited one minute...two minutes...three minutes. The gentleman asked if anyone was working the register, and I replied, "I think this McDonalds only waits on drive-thru customers. Why, well, while we were waiting, I saw one female manager who looked directly at me, at least once. She was working on some elevated electronic screen. I saw two females, one was dispensing food to the drive-thru customers and the other kept running from front to back and vice versa. In addition, there were the two young men, making the burgers and filling other orders, who also looked at us. So, at least five workers, including a manager, saw the gentleman and myself waiting at the counter. He waited another minute and left. I waited another minute and then I left. I did not go through the drive-thru, I left. I have never done that--ever!! McDonalds at this location has some issues. And, it's not just here. The crew members at several McDonalds in the SW Georgia area, apparently, have never been taught to greet, engage, and be friendly to their customers. Poor Mr. Kroc read more

I thought I moved to Perry Ga. Because I eat out everyday I now think I'm in the twilight zone. I ordered a sandwich combo with a large Coca Cola. The jerk who took the order did not mention they did not have any ice nor did the person taking payment offered to tell me they did not have any ice. Just had an experience with an employee claiming to be a manager, said employee argued with me when i ordered a fusge sundae split into two small cups with two spoons for kids. That same employee then argued with me on a phone call after my order because of my concerns on having a fudge sunday dumped on my car window, and the replacement sunday being 2/3 full. Employee refused to give me their name, and when I spoke with the store manager, that employee was not a manager and shouldnt have acted like. If thats the type of conduct we get for fast food employees wanting $15 an hour, then that employee needs to be fired on the spot. Every job ive had, if i falsley claimed to be something i was not, there would be immediate severe reprimand or termination. 100% unacceptable, and considering the employee is lying about their level of authority and responsibility, im not even sure I spoke with the store manager. Now, considering there are years of 1 star reviews at this location, I have plenty of my employees that would LOVE 10$ an hour, full time or part time, and would NEVER act like that, regardless of the circumstances. @McDonalds HR department, give me a call and I can help with the employee quality. read more

As many have commented about this location, the service is pretty poor. I've visited this location a few times over the last few months and the service is very slow and employee attitudes are consistently poor. On this visit, I went inside because the drive-thru was backed up pretty bad. All I ordered was a cheeseburger and fries. It took just over 10 minutes to get my food. And the attitude of the workers gave me the impression that I, and the other customers, were disturbing them. Another issue, there were no napkins in my bag. Due to covid, most fast-food locations now have removed napkins and straws from the drink area and provide them in your bag. Guess they forgot mine. Needless to say, even if I'm desperate, I won't give this location my money again and I'll tell every one I know not to visit this location. read more

The customer service is really slack on night shift, the guy who took my payment didn't say hello or anything and before he told me the total he was finishing up his text message or something. And I guess I didn't hear him say the total the first time because he said it again but was very aggressive type. He gave me my change and went right back to texting ! This place is terrible. The floors and counters are dirty, employees are rude & unknowledgeable. Was told to use Kiosk instead of register and it did not work...the employees could not get it to work. After finally getting my order taken (10 minutes) I wanted almost 25 minutes for my food...and as usual for McDonalds the order was wrong. This is probably the worlds worst McDonald's. If it were possible to leave a 0 I would leave a 0. I've been here multiple times since it's the closest McDonald's to my house and it never gets any better. The employees don't care. The manager doesn't care. I'm starting to think this isn't even an official McDonald's and is instead a zoo to hold actual animals instead of people who want to work. The employees as well as the manager were throwing food at each other, screaming and singing as loud as they could, yelling slurs and curse words at each other. When I finally got up to the drive thru widow nobody took my order and three cars from the other window proceeded ahead of me. I tried speaking to the receiver and no one answered. My son's burger wasn't as ordered, and came partly wrapped in an inside out wrapper, and the bottom bun was so hard he couldn't even bite into it.
