This is a picture of what Fazoli's is supposed to look like! Nice classy... unfortunately there's nothing classy about the Fazoli's

Was looking for a great Italian dinner, this place was actually referred to us by some friends. We were very disappointed. The chicken Alfredo tasted like it came from a microwave it was very watery, the ultimate spaghetti dinner with meatballs was okay except the meatballs tasted like they were old /stale! The cheese ravioli was ok, I never had orange/ yellow ravioli pasta .The Cesar salad was good. The bread sticks were tasty. If your looking for cheap meal this was the place! And fast ., From what I understand this was supposed to be a great place for Italian food, maybe not at this location! Not what I expected at all! Just disappointed

An employee playing around and she was rude my order was completely wrong why is she even still employed

I will never eat at this restaurant again it's so ran down my whole entire order was completely wrong but it's an employee playing around and dancing and was also rude these are the kind of people y'all hire why does she still have a job at this point y'all have ran so many customers away because of some of the staff the dining room is always closed just stop opening up at this point if no one can eat inside y'all are seriously loosing out on business the worse experience I've ever had

While on a travel day to my next work assignment, I stopped in Columbia during the evening rush hour to get off the highway for a bit, plus have dinner and gas the car. I had heard of this "fast Italian food" restaurant before, but this is the 1st time I had been to one. In case you've never been, you place your order at a counter, just as you would at any fast food restaurant. The menu board shows their offerings, including their version of a value meal (main item, drink, and choice of one slice of pizza or a salad.) If you choose to dine in, you will be handed a number to place on the table and the food is brought to you. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Value Meal with a slice of pizza and sweet tea as my beverage. Food was delivered to the table quickly and piping hot. Food wasn't bad - we know it is most likely pre packaged, pre measured foods that require minimal preparations. The experience gets a two star rating because of the employees. Counter person said exactly two things to me: "May I take your order?" and "Is this dine in or take out?" No "welcome to Fazoli's" or "I will bring your order to your table in a moment." The person that brought the food to the table said even less - as in nothing. She simply took the food off the tray, put it in front of me and walked away.

    This was so good!

Fazoli's was introduced to me, by my girlfriends, on a day trip to Columbia, SC. From the outside of this spot, you would never know they're cooking some good stuff up in there. You can definitely sit down to eat (plenty of seating) but it's probably more of a grab and go spot for me. I tried the oven baked sampler and brought a chicken parm and chicken fettuccine alfredo home for the fam. Everything was solid! I will definitely go back to try some other items on the menu (next time I'min town). If you dine in, unlimited warm, buttery, garlicky delicious breadsticks!! :)

I was in the mood for some spaghetti and meatballs so I settled for this restaurant I got the ultimate spaghetti...well I can say it wasn't nasty but it wasn't great either the sausage that came on it tasted frozen it was so disgusting I had to pick them off and the meatballs were kinda salty, then the sauce was just eh I like more sauce then noodles and if you're like me I wouldn't recommend like their was nothing delicious about that meal I also got the house salad that was a big disappointment on the menu it says it come with grape tomatoes, red onion, and shredded mozzarella which it did not it looks like a regular salad you get from McDonald's or something really wish when I got the Cesar salad the sprite did bang tho so that was a plus

I went off the usual rails of what I got there to some extent. Their 2 piece scallops (ordered "as an app") is always a solid decision. They would be wise to put it or another iteration on the app menu. I was wanting a fish entree, and decided to try the trout, as I wasn't feeling pasta. The scallops as an app were amazing, as always, and I expected that to be the highlight of the evening. The trout blew my mind in its flavor and presentation. Far more than I would have thought. Pan seared trout, shaved Brussel sprouts and mushrooms and pancetta with dill cream sauce EXCEEDED my expectations. Brussels are not typically anything I would laud, let alone rave about. But the bed of shaved Brussels with a skin on trout was an absolutely perfect pairing that almost made me want to do it all again that very same night. Brussels are typically boiled mushy or oven roasted, and I always saw them to be limited in flavor profiles.. But the nutty flavor they brought to this dish changed my mind on this vegetable potential. The skin of the trout was crunchy, but amazing. The Brussels were delicate and soft with so much flavor. The sauce on top was a perfect pairing. I was blown away that I had been to this establishment 100+ times and never tried this dish, which I will happily add to the rotation. I typically don't do dessert here, but decided to try the apple crostata. The flavor was amazing. The portion was for two, my waistline now wishes there was a declaration or option of for two or for one when ordered. Overall, I highly recommend the trout with shaved Brussels. Their scallops are consistently good. Their bar waitstaff can be stand-off ish if you aren't a local that lives across the street, but in this instance the waitstaff catered to all, not just the locals. I will keep travinia in my rotation.

He introduced himself as Chase & was super helpful and efficient. He came back to the table to take our entree orders and even suggested my meal - which was absolutely a great choice. All in all would definitely recommend and come back. We left before it got super crowded for dinner. Lights were dim, still great for setting. The music was great but the drinks hit so we didn't really notice what was playing. 20/10.

There was also a nice roasted red pepper and black olive salad that came with it. My only criticism is that I felt like the portion of octopus was small for $21. Then I decided to try the Boeuf bourguignon. This was definitely comfort food. A very tasty beef stew, but a bit different recipe than I'm used to for this dish. Theirs has potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and onions. But the broth tastes like they might also use a touch of tomato paste. I could be wrong. Nonetheless, it was tasty and the thick broth was yummy on the piece of crusty bread it was served with. I'm tempted to come back and order the entree size of the octopus for $32 and see what the portion size is. Service was excellent. Very attentive.

The food is simply incredible. My husband had the Caesar Salad and the Boeuf Bourguignon. I had the Burrata Caprese Salad and the Rousseau Pizza. He gave me a shocked look when I went for the Pizza, but I'm not sure it's fair to call it pizza. Let's just say heaven on a crust! And I'm ready to go back and have the Boeuf. For dessert, we took the advice of our server and ordered the Ube Basque Cheesecake. Wow! (Pictured is the portion we brought home.) I'm a good cook, so when eating out, I expect to have a meal that surpasses my skills. And this most certainly did. The presentation was excellent. I don't give the ambiance a 10, but that's so secondary to the meal I just enjoyed. Thank you to Chef Emma and team!

Our server was excellent--attentive, friendly, and consistently checking in to refill waters and ensure everything was enjoyable. We were served fresh, warm bread with butter to start, which was a great touch. For my meal, I ordered the vodka pasta with added shrimp, and it was outstanding. The shrimp was full of flavor and paired perfectly with the rich, creamy vodka sauce. It was easily the highlight of the meal. Although I didn't have room for dessert, my family ordered the tiramisu and cheesecake, both of which looked delicious and well-prepared. You might wonder why the restaurant opens at 5 p.m., but the reason adds to its appeal--they spend the day preparing fresh ingredients to ensure the highest quality dining experience.
