Incredible. I've been looking for a good Greek spot since moving to Columbia, and baby I've FOUND it. Every person working there, top down, was super nice and accommodating. The food was incredible (literally some of the best pita, Greek potatoes and Souvlaki I've had in forever). It feels very family-owned, family-oriented, and.. well, Greek. lol fr though, this is how I felt when eating at my Greek friends houses growing up. I will definitely be back. I have eaten here for over 20 years. I even worked here a little bit in high school and college. They have an amazing white pizza. I absolutely love the house salad. My kids love the shrimp meal. Their bread is absolutely amazing. They can accommodate small or large parties. We had a couple of huge family dinners here. The service was great considering we were a large party and they were pretty busy in the dining area as well. I love how the bar is in completely different side of the dining area. A definite must try if you haven't. read more

Went here a few times when my sweetie was nearby in the hospital. I'd heard good things but it was better than I expected. I had the Eggplant Parmesan with pasta and she had the Chicken Parm. Both were great. On my return she had the half-chicken meal and I had a a falafel pita with fries. Again, both very satisfying and great portions as well! I haven't had any desserts but they look really good in the classic desert wheel window. I've only done take out, but the service has been very much on point both times. My wife and I visited this place tonight and were quite happy with our selection. We shared a small Greek Salad and the Baked Greek Pasta as well. Both items were quite tasty . Only regret for me is that the salad was all iceberg lettuce without any Romaine in the mix... Dressing was excellent as was the pasta. Sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but wife found it to her liking. Server ( we did not get her name) did a nice job taking care of us. She was courteous and helpful. The pizza crust recipe is not the same as their former recipe. It is not a Greek pizza crust. Very disappointing. The crust is too thick and not thoroughly cooked when delivered to the car. Parking lot pickup needs improvement. It tipped for car delivery. I will consider a different Greek restaurant for my pizza next time. read more

Our ROMEO group of nine went here yesterday for lunch. Great service. Waitress immediately brought out our drink orders and took our entree orders. Brought out bread along the table for all of us. Great bread, warm, with olive oil and pepper for dipping. Five of us ordered the Roasted Chicken, Potatoes and Salad. Four of us gave it a 5.0 as it was tender, fell off the bone, and great taste along with the greek potatoes which were also excellent. Greek side salad was also great. One of our guys gave it a 3.0, saying the chicken was dry. Not sure what he was on that day, or he must've gotten a different chicken! We had orders for a chicken souvlaki and a beef souvlaki and a grilled chicken salad. Great place...lots of seating, great service, food and prices. Our overall rating was a 4.7! read more

This place is a great go to for some very flavorful food. The service is a hit or miss because you're either going to get a server who is smiling and happy to be your server or you're going to get one that is just there for the business. I typically like a little small talk with my wait staff because it makes me feel like we are both appreciative that I'm there. You will never make a mistake with those potatoes though.. they are amazing. We probably go three or four times a year and will continue because them giving me a smile does it make or break my belly getting full! read more

Just spent the last money I will ever spend here. I have gone to this restaurant for years & the service has continually gone downhill. I made a go order - none of the four cashiers greeted me or smiled. I was the only one in the lobby when my order came up & I swear if they could have thrown my food at me, they would have. The cashiers had such disdain for customers that it absolutely ruined my affinity for this restaurant. Since they do not appreciate who pays their wages, I will not give them my money. read more

Picked large pizza, well done, and a large salad. Cost was $51.00. Got home pizza was soggy like it has been sitting in a pizza pan of water, salad had brown lettuce. Call to complain and the girl, no customer service, asked me if I checked my food. Checked my food, WHAT!!! You want me to put my food on the counter and check to see it was soggy. Not gonna happen! Last evening, we attended a dinner party for 30 people from our Northside Baptist SS class at the Grecian Gardens. We had an outstanding meal plus our waiters and waitresses were so very efficient and friendly. At the end of the dinner, Alex came in to say hello. He is always so welcoming and friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. This is my favorite "goto" place to attend a dinner party. read more

Hello everyone, This day was on December 31, 2022. It was around the evening time when I came to the restaurant. My grandma kept raving about the place and felt like I should give it try to review and share my thoughts with anyone reading this review. The staff is very friendly. Our waitress was Sallie. She was so sweet and made my first time here comfortable. They give you homemade bread. I ordered the lasagna and grandma ordered the Chicken Parmesan. The lasagna was pretty good. I love lasagna so I'm very big on it being made good. A lot of sauce, cheese and meat. My grandma enjoyed her food as well. You can check out the pictures below as well. I love everything about this place. The only thing bad is it's kind of expensive. Whenever they serve you bread it's always fresh, and warm. I love the Greek potatoes and the salads with the house dressing. The potatoes have so much flavor and seasoning it's delicious! My favorite meal is the chicken souvlaki. The chicken is jucy and I love it! And, you get a free refill on drinks. The service is awesome, all of the waiters and waitresses are so nice. And the ambiance is beautiful. There's pretty potted vine plants hanging around, beautiful Greek vases, and Greek statues. 5 stars! read more

Visited last evening. Service was ok - waitress was friendly. Disappointed that one of two fish options is Tilapia - worst fish ever and shouldn't be on any menu. My Greek salad was just ok. Con: charging extra to use a credit card - felt like I was at the gas station. If a restaurant cannot afford to pay the surcharge to do business with major credit card companies, they shouldn't be in business. No surcharge if one uses cash - and when I asked - they wouldn't remove it. There are no signs stating they will charge this extra fee - the environment felt very low budget and the surcharge is to help them pay their service charges. Terrible! read more

I've lived in Columbia on and off for nearly 30 years and I can't believe that I have missed this local gem. I wouldn't have thought to go here, but my family suggested it. We went with 3 adults and 3 kids. We were seated right away. It was our server's first day, but you couldn't tell. She was wonderful, attentive, and our food was perfect. Other employees were supportive, and I find that to be important for employees, so I hope that this is the norm. They bring out bread to start. It was soft and a large piece. It was a nice complement to our meal. My nephews got pizza, which they loved, and I got the roasted chicken with a Greek salad. It was a good amount of food, and the prices were pretty good. From what we could tell, the restaurant was clean, and they were able to keep up with the busy crowd. Since this visit, I have ordered online for pick up three times, and each time, I was very happy with my order. It was ready very quickly, as delicious as the first time, and was correct. The food is very good and I've been picking it up when leaving town for many years! What needs improvement is how the owner treats customers! It is absolutely appalling to me on what I was told on the phone when I called with my incorrect order. When I picked up the order, I opened the bag and asked why my salads were not there with my two dinners . They said it doesn't come with it. I told them well I've been getting these dinners for years and it always has! I proceeded to PAY more money and added salads.. .. I get home which is over an hour away and I have two sandwiches in my bag vs my dinners . I called to just ask for a refund on my credit card for the Different only and the owner told the employee that he was in a meeting and couldn't talk to me but that it was MY responsibility to make sure he gave me the right food and would not refund my 22.00!! Totally unacceptable for an owner of a business to not refund a customer for his mistake . I will dispute on my card and they will never get another penny from me.. sad for someone to treat customers this way. read more

I attended a ladies bingo night at this restaurant (as a guest). When I arrived at the restaurant the staff at the front desk ignored me. When I asked them where the group was meeting the staff member was rude and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She pointed around the corner and told me to ask someone else. I called my friend on the phone, and she told me where the group was at. When I got to the room, the waitresses were taking orders. They rolled their eyes at me and one bumped into me. They took everyone else's order but bypassed me. However, one did ask me what I wanted to drink...and brought me an iced tea. Everyone else ate their meals while I sat there with nothing. After the way I was treated, I was afraid to eat any of their food. I enjoyed to bingo and the company of the other ladies. But I went home and had my husband fix me something to eat afterwards. I'm not sure if I was treated differently because I was one of only two black ladies in the group or not. But I will never return to this restaurant. It's exactly what you want from a perfectly roasted chicken. Crispy skin, fall off the bone tender meat and lovely natural juices. We waited 10min total, wait staff kept walking by us, we never got acknowledged so we left. It will be a long time before we go back. Lots of free parking, restaurant is kinda old, customer service was great, we were seated promptly. I went during lunch time, but everything went well and timely. You can get the same food, cheaper in the mall food court. I had a gyro with steak fries, nothing special about any of it. The fries were over priced at $4.50. Not really sure what else to say.... Ive been to Greece several times. I try to support all local foodie spots, with also a good review on my food alone. read more
