Two Notch Rd location is a joke. Ordered on line and a 15 min time was given for the order to be ready. Arrived at location to pick up order. ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED. Called and was told the order had to be picked up at the drive thru. Got in line at 8:17pm and finally got to the window for pickup at 8:44, and that's with one car leaving the line because it was barely moving. I'm sure my meal had been setting for 20 plus minutes as I was waiting in line. TERRIBLE SERVICE. No curbside service was offered for pick up. I've eaten at Fazoli's on Two Notch several times and always enjoyed the food and service. The spaghetti is always perfectly al dente and the sauce is excellent. The lasagna is very good. All orders come with garlic bread that is warm and fresh. The service - especially for a walk up counter restaurant - is amazing. All the staff have been pleasant and attentive. One Sunday I had a chance to speak with the owner. He praised his staff and said something to the effect of "If they're not good, I don't get to keep my house. I think my house is safe." read more

Better than olive gardens I've been to! Five stars because it far exceeded my expectations. So I work across the way and have always thought of fazolis as a step below fast food. But after avoiding it for 2 years I finally came in got a sampler and a salad and was pleasantly surprised. Sure it's "freezer" Italian but it's better than what you can buy in a grocery store and my food came out in less than 10 minutes while I snacked on breadsticks and ate my salad. Everything came on hot and cooked all the way through. Was a lot better than what I expected and no complaints. I've driven past Fazoli's for years. I never really see too many cars in the parking lot so I guess I figured it wasn't all too good. One day I felt like some pasta so I decided to stop. I was really impressed with their selection and the prices. You have to watch out because they offer breadsticks as you wait and when you get your food. The bread is soaked with butter so just do your heart a favor and only eat one, I know you're probably hungry but just wait on your meal. Overall I did like the restaurant. The wait wasn't too long (five or ten minutes) and the food was satisfying. Good portions for a pretty good price. read more

It also doesn't look like they wiped down anything in the past week (dried tomato sauce everywhere on the walls). He staff was attentive, sort of. Then ordered a kids pepperoni pizza and added another salad. who was at the register didn't add in the extra salad that we clearly ordered. Not our fault. The workers were very welcoming and nice. The cashier forgot to give me breadsticks with my to go order and I didn't even know because it was my first time there but she knew that I didn't have any so she ran me down to make sure that I got the breadsticks. The restaurant was very clean and neat. They continually wiped down and swept the floors, cleaned the windows. The food was good too. I ordered the oven baked sampler combo. This place deserves so much more recognition than it currently gets... from end to end it doesn't get a lot of attention and it really saddens me. If you stop by here, you will not regret it. If nothing else, get some breadsticks and some Alfredo sauce. You will enjoy it completely. Since I was a kid, very young one, we used to have a Fazoli's in my nearest city to my home town, Florence. At the time I never knew it would be shut down. As the moments rolled on,,, it came over me and when it was abandoned... it nearly killed my tastebuds forever. We use to have a Fazoli's nearby, but it closed several years ago. After that, I would go to Fazoli's when we visited Myrtle Beach. Now they are gone. So on a trip to Florida a couple of weeks ago, we stopped by this Fazoli's, and I have to say, it was even better than I remember. I had a meatball sub, that also had pepperonis on it, and it was very good. I still like their garden salad, with the house dressing. My wife had the sample platter, and she liked it. read more

I started going to Fazoli's many years ago, when they first opened. Now we live where we don't have any, and I certainly miss them. Okay, this isn't gourmet Italian. It's just a limited selection of pasta and sauces at reasonable prices and in a reasonable time. The sauces are flavorful and the pasta is cooked to the perfect al dente texture. We also love the strolling waitstaff with the basket of fresh garlic sticks. The soft buttery sticks are warm and seasoned nicely with butter and salt. The meatballs are big and flavorful with plenty of garlic. I just wish we didn't have to drive hundreds of miles to get our fast Italian "fix." read more

Personally, the idea of a "drive in Italian" makes me uncomfortable. I'm a sit down type of person if it comes to that type of dinner. The food is good, but you can tell that the salads are thrown together and the breadsticks are just from the fridge heated up. Our workers were rude, it was our first time here and after one of us ordered something he completely walked off, grabbed her salad and came back and couldn't remember drinks, even for the people in front of us. I have a soft spot for Fazoli's as it is a place I would have lunch with my dad often while growing up. This Fazoli's is nothing different than what you would find at any other Fazoli's chain. It is quick, good, unhealthy italian fast-food. Food was warm and good, and unlike a previous reviewer I did get a tray. The people are always nice and friendly. The food is always very good. Not necessarily always fast, but it is always fresh AND good.

One word: wow! First of all, the food is just great, and as a college student on a budget, it's pretty awesome the amount of food you get for such a great price. I go for the food but I definitely go back for the service. Everyone there is so friendly, and when I was leaving tonight with my food to go the bag broke, but they were extremely attentive, apologizing as they quickly remade all the food fresh for me and even threw in an awesome free dessert-talk about customer service! I would definitely recommend this place and I'll for sure be going back! Ps-the breadsticks are just amazing read more

Came in pretty late but had really bad service. I was asked if I was dating the person I was with. Then when we said yes I was asked when we would be getting married. Lots of teenagers working at this location. The manager seems to not care that they are doing whatever they like. The only reason I gave it three stars is because of one employee. This place is AWESOME!! It is like Olive Garden but cheaper and in a fast food setting. The food taste just as good as the Olive Garden, they have endless breadsticks, and the prices are great!
